We have had no assistance from Donald Francis Smith or anyone acting for him directly or indirectly in writing this article. We rely solely on evidence published by Jessica Jon Yaniv Simpson and official court records. We will testify to this in court should it be needed.
First of all, Donald F Smith, being the one to smash Yaniv’s reign of terror, was not on our 2023 Yaniv bingo card. It really wasn’t, but kudos to the man for doing what others were too scared to do.
We can exclusively reveal that Donald Francis Smith, an independent journalist from Calgary, is suing Jessica Jon Yaniv Simpson, a convicted violent criminal from Langley, BC, for harassment and stalking and has applied for a restraining order to prevent any more of Yaniv Simpson’s criminal stalking. Although we at Meow Mix do not condone some of Mr Smith’s behaviour, we applaud his bravery in seeking to end Yaniv Simpson’s years of abuse. Recently, an unhinged Yaniv has created dozens of fake accounts to publish defamatory libel. At one point, Yaniv was posting about Donald 20+ times an hour. You do not need to be an expert to know Donald has every reason to fear for his life.
The actual documents are so comprehensive they include over 50 pages of documented evidence! Plus, since then, there are 100s more – like Yaniv’s desecration of Donald’s Grans Memorial Page. But never fear, readers – The Meow Mix team are going through them to bring you the news you need. We can tell you that DFS has kept meticulous records that would shame any police officer for its attention to detail and evidential provenance. Unlike any of the cat litter papers that Yaniv has filed, Donald’s submissions include reasoned and identifiable points of law showing cause requiring action.
Interestingly a huge amount of the damning evidence stems from not only what appears to be Yaniv Simpsons’ utter contempt for the law but is the full record of bullshit where he posts about him being a “third-year law student”. This included over 80 examples of Yaniv deliberately misinterpreting the conditions Donald has. As a third-year law student who claims to have filed 100s of cases, there is no other credible excuse. Of course, it could be that Yaniv-Simpson has been fraudulently claiming law credentials that she does not have, but that would then be a further case of fraud that the Vancouver Bar Association would need to investigate.
Two things we noticed in these initial images. Donald’s handwriting is much better than Yaniv’s, and his description of Yaniv is accurate.
A message to Yaniv pretending you haven’t seen or got this won’t work. We made damn sure RCMP knew all about it. Don’t turn up, and it is contempt of court and a default judgment. Turn up, and you have to put your evidence into the legal domain. No socks or fabricated stories can help you. You know Meow Mix has all the evidence saved that proves you are the guilty one, the courts will have it.
Badabing Badabong Yaniv is going to jail. You should also know Yaniv that anything you post now or anything you do like calling the RCMP with you 40th allegation of the day is being recorded. There is no way out now.
