Looks like Alta West‘s original realty listing expired, or was terminated over the weekend.
MM were waiting, we knew either the condo would be re-listed or there would be an update on the court file.
Just hours ago a brand new listing popped up for the former PIGLOO listing the unit at only $349,000 CAD. They have reused the old photos too, which MM don’t understand. A clean empty unit might have more curb appeal in the terrible British Columbia market, wouldn’t it? Why not go grab some new pics for the new listing? Lazy?
The original listing was in March 2026 for $400,000 CAD. So we are now down $51,000. The re-listing also starts the clock again making the unit seem like it is NEW on the market and hasn’t been sitting since March.
