Where in the world is Fatto?
Jessica Yaniv aka Jessica Simpson aka Jonathan Yaniv is most likely living in some low rent shit hole in Maple Ridge. From our research the nickname of the place is Maple Ditch or The Ditch because it is so filthy and low income homeless drug user paradise in the Haney area. Apparently a lot of biker gang white trash live out that way on lots with run down old farm houses. The perfect place for a jobless drug addicted fat smelly slob like Fat Jon.
Correction: Alta West dropped the price the day after this post, it is currently listed at $360,000.00 CAD.
There has been no price drop on the Foreclosure condo. 125 days on the market. No new pictures of the place empty. MM assume that the price has dropped as low as Alta West can go at $370,000. BC’s real estate market is in a decline and prices are falling, and no one is even buying anymore. The whole Province is in a place of uncertainty as the government basically gave the ownership of the land to the indigenous bands. Too bad Fat Jon was born a Jewish boy and will die a Jewish boy. Even if he cut off that 2 inch knob.
July 17, 2026 was an anniversary of sorts – the date that Fat Jon‘s publication ban on the Wax My Balls cases was removed and it helped peak so many people to discover his tribunal cases.
Fat Jon is Sick in the Head
Well this last while has been rather typical childish nonsense from Fat Jon as he continues to harass his victims. Several documents regarding Fat Jon‘s mental health have surfaced.
This one from Facebook (it was posted in comments in a FB group) is particularly interesting.

This report appears to be recent from January 28, 2026 & March 25, 2026 – and is a PROPER mental health evaluation.
It appears to stem from his claims of his mental state – after the alleged “hit man” plot to kill Fat Jon (and others) that the Lesbian* PI claimed she got wind of. Fat Jon claims that on-the-job trauma in November 2025 means he should get paid welfare for his disability and never have to work again. Originally Fat Jon was given as assessment of DSM-5-TR 309.28 – which is a temporary period featuring combination of clinically significant depression and anxiety symptoms that develop within three months of an identifiable, stressful life event.
However the report states Yaniv has “longstanding and complex psychiatric/psychosocial history” with “prior reports of suicidal ideation.” He suffers from “marked suspiciousness/paranoia, thought disturbance, and elevated features suggestive of mood dysregulation (including mania-related features) and borderline personality features.”
“Dysregulation” is a broad term for an inability to manage or control emotional responses, behaviours, or physiological processes. It often refers to Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD) in children, or acts as a core symptom in conditions like ADHD, PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
The Hot Dog Eating Contest With Alicia & Donald
Alicia Yashcheshen amended her recent BC Court claim against Jessica Yaniv Simpson on June 8, 2026 accusing Fat Jon of operating MeowMix.Online – and MM Mew Crew had a good chuckle. Trust us, Fat Jon has done a lot to try to find out who MM is and failed – Jonathan Yaniv wants to murder whoever runs this site, and had sent death threats to so many even slightly connected.
MM gather Alicia wasn’t happy with our AI assessment of her legal claim when she emailed the litter box after our review of the original Notice of Claim all rather upset – so much so she amended the claim to include Jon running MeowMix and that other website GangsterismOut.org and Ace Ventura on X.
Alicia is claiming she has been given DEFAULT winning decisions as Fat Jon refused to respond. No evidence of this has been provided in the legal CSO. Ace Ventura emailed our litter box claiming the win but when MM can verify anything about that case, it will be updated here. Despite the AI review noting the chances were slim in winning the case, MM did and still do wish Alicia the best and hope she wins against that fat fuck.
Fat Jon accuses Donald Smith of operating MeowMix.Online which Donald does not. Fat Jon has also accused Ryan Elson of Saltspring Island of operating MeowMix and many others over the years – the accusations always fly!
DFS (and many others) do however email MeowMix.Online tidbits of information and documents. Like this medical note that was emailed to the litterbox on July 6th, which shows how Fat Jon abuses the phone-in medical hotline to get his “medical” problems documented.
The Sick Note was dated October 2025, and clearly was a “get out of going to Alberta” con – as Fat Jon had a warrant at that time in Alberta and didn’t want to drive there or fly there and be arrested at court.
Yaniv seems to be reusing the same forms over and over to complain against his victims. The man knows nothing of originality.
Maple Ridge isn’t on Vancouver Island
Currently – Fat Jon is trying to pretend he moved to Vancouver Island by stealing digital creators content and posting them on his own social media as if the images are his own.
MM have received multiple tips via email that Fat Jon is living 20 minutes from Langley in Maple Ridge and still helping his mommy dearest and deaf aunt as they still live in the senior building. He is also obeying the ban on being inside the building – for now, and despite the reports we have of The Yaniv’s fighting all the time, the antics remain outside the building.
Fat Jon also updated his LinkedIn again.
Clearly he has given up on his law education – and has gone back to pretending to be a marketing guru. Suspiciously his job history doesn’t include any of the companies he SUED like Mr. Swirl, Telus or even Westpoint Investigations that he claims all those psychological traumas from working at.
More Death Threats from Fat Jon
Alicia has been getting pizzas again, and text messages from a multitude of numbers, all probably Fat Jon using his typical 12 year old pranks to harass her. This time however Fat Jon threatened Alicia’s mother.
So Alicia phoned the Maple Ridge RCMP and reported the abuse – and the RCMP there took the report. So…

- The notice of claim outlines the events from 2021 to 2023 in which DFS posted images and videos, and uttered death threats toward Yaniv. Donald plead guilty in Ontario for the death threats. Yaniv demands injunction on DFS and financial costs.

The Form 35 being the most interesting. The lists of locations that DFS was not allowed to go, tells a lot about The Yaniv family and where they go. Fat Jon threw in 2 Christian church locations – I suppose one church isn’t convincing enough. He threw in 2 Indigenous society centres that MeowMix doesn’t believe he ever set foot in. MeowMix created a map of the locations.
The Schara Tzedeck Cemetery in New Westminster is a private Jewish cemetery dating back to the 1920s, established by the Schara Tzedeck Synagogue – this is where Miriam’s 2 parents are buried and MeowMix assume Fat Jon‘s dad Jack is buried too.
Tenth Church on the UBC Campus Sunday services include music, practical teachings from the Bible, and communion. MM do not believe Jon ever set foot in that church out at UBC.
North Langley Community Church Walnut Grove MM do not believe Jon ever set foot in this church in Langley.
Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre Society, Training & Learning in Vancouver in East Vancouver area – one of the most impoverish areas in Vancouver, provides services and programs for Indigenous peoples in Vancouver, including cultural programs, education and training, employment services… no one believes Fat Jon ever attended this place.
Lower Fraser Valley Aboriginal Society From Elder-led beading circles to women’s healing groups and tea gatherings, our adult programs are welcoming spaces of tradition, belonging, and care… no one believes Fat Jon was there.
Temple Sholom Synagogue in Vancouver, BC is a possible location for Miriam and Ilana but would they really drive an hour to attend services? Maybe – as we have rumours that the family are banned from the CC in South Surrey.
White Rock South Surrey Jewish Community Centre was most likely the original location the entire Yaniv family (with Jack) were involved with – when they rented a home near there and Fat Jon went to school and graduated high school in South Surrey, before the family relocated after Miriam’s parents died and they inherited some cash.
The Medical Locations list is long. MM assume a lot of these locations are more to do with Miriam and Ilana, specially the Hearing related items – although Fat Jon does pretend to have hearing loss when it suits him in court. We also note Fat Jon primarily uses the call in Health Care (as shown in the medical note above) and rarely seems to actually have left his condo for actually in person care. Aside from the suicide threats and being carted off by ambulance.
Harmony Care Family Practice is full-service family medicine clinic in Sullivan, incidentally a block from the restaurant that Fat Jon sued. This is not a walk-in clinic.
Brookswood Village Medical Clinic a group of young family physicians providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages in Langley. It is about a 20-25 minute drive from Miriam and Ilana’s condo. This is not a walk-in clinic.
Care Point Medical Clinic is in East Vancouver blocks from The Aboriginal Centre in the poorest neighbourhood in Vancouver.
Willowbrook Medical Clinic in Langley is yet another medical clinic about 25 minutes from Miriam and Ilana’s condo.
Pure Care Clinic in Langley is right near the Lower Fraser Valley Aboriginal Society.
Walnut Grove Family Dental is blocks from Hawthorne and The Residences.
Epoch Integrated Health is literally blocks from Hawthorne and The Residences.
Restore Sports Medicine Clinic is again in East Vancouver on Hastings, it is possible Miriam was referred there for hip issues – if those are even real issues.
Ridge Meadows Obstetrics and Gynaecology is a women’s health clinic in Maple Ridge. Given Fat Jon is a male, this could only be related to Miriam and Ilana.

Allan McGavin Sports Medicine Clinic Physiotherapy at Chan Gunn Pavilion (UBC)
Three Bridges Community Health Clinic (Fat Jon Sued) is right downtown Vancouver area.

UBC Hospital – Koerner Pavilion.
Wavefront Centre for Communication Accessibility (Head Office) in Vancouver, near downtown is clearly for Miriam and Ilana.

Vancouver Prosthetics & Orthotics Inc. – GF Strong is in South Vancouver and is a Medical Supply Store.
Beltone Hearing Centre is a hearing aid supply store.
The Offices at 1726 Dolphin Avenue Kelowna is the weirdest one included. There are multiple types of medical practitioners there, but why would it be included as Kelowna is a 4 hour drive from Langley?
The next section of the order regarded University Campuses. Fat Jon was an online student, and despite stomping around campus with his fake service dog, for show, we do not believe he really attended campus for his studies. If he did it was merely the main UBC campus way out in Vancouver, or the SFU main campus on the Burnaby Mountain- not any of the extra satellite campuses listed.
Fat Jon attempted to note these as “permanent” injunctions but the word is crossed out. The extent of the order even banned DFS from the UBC trails and the NUDE beach – we shudder to think of Fat Jon lurking around the nude beach or hunting victims on the forest trails walking Rexy.
Again, MM believe most of Fat Jon‘s university work was done online, as a special needs access student, with allowed extra time to complete assignments and exams. He was only ever sighted on main campuses plodding around with Rexy. Banning DFS from being near any satellite campuses was just extreme.
Next was a list of Lawyer offices that we assume Fat Jon or Miriam have employed to help them fight their own criminal charges over the years. Slater Vecchio LLP were the 2024 lawyers on the Quaker Oats class action lawsuit that Fat Jon was dropped from lead plaintiff on, after Fat Jon was shitting his pants, after by eating bad oat bars Miriam bought him.
Over the next while MM hope to create more maps of Yaniv locations, including businesses he sued, or gave bad reviews, and more. If you spot Fat Jon in the wild please email our litter box with the details.
* The PI complained when MM first posted this – claiming she had not come out publicly as Lesbian. MM removed the word – however we were certain that the Lesbian PI had publicly stated her status – we then located the public post on X and have even archived the post and the claims. The PI also publicly noted she was legally filing CRT intimate image claim AGAINST Fat Jon in the same post.
We heard a rumour the claim failed but we have not seen the final decision in the CRT decisions.
