Jessica Yaniv Simpson Claims First Nation Heritage for Vaccine Access

MM were told, that Yaniv discovered if you told the BC Health System in 2021, that you were Indigenous you could get vaccinated for Covid sooner than the regular population.

By self identifying without proof. Yaniv began instructing other individuals to make the same false claim – to skip the line and get the covid jab sooner. Realizing that there were benefits to claiming to be indigenous or Métis and that the systems in place typically allowed self-id without any proof required – Yaniv began claiming to be an Indigenous person on everything. That wasn’t all the Yaniv’s were up to. Suing their strata buildings seemed high priorities, and pulling fire alarms and threatening anyone in their way.

2022 Miriam Yaniv – Nightmare Neighbour

MeowMix wonder how Miriam Yaniv who is a very devote member of the Jewish community and the Jewish Faith feels about her son’s claim of being Métis. Then we remember Miriam is crazy.

February 25, 2022 Yaniv is visiting Miriam Yaniv in her 55+ seniors condominium and has the dog Rexy – which is seen on video on the lobby furniture. An argument over the presence of the dog in the building and on the furniture ensues. An elderly gentleman pushes the dog off the chair, and Yaniv pushes the gentleman back, a second elderly gentlemen then pushes Yaniv across the lobby. In fear Yaniv pulled the fire alarm and exited the building where a 911 call was placed. X User posts the Video evidence on X showing the events. The video is also on YouTube, it was released after the December 2023 trial.

March 2022

  • March 22, 2022 Simpson v. The Owners, Strata Plan BCS 3591, 2022 BCCRT 317 (CanLII) Jessica Simpson files claim for Vehicle Damages $1,500 – all the claims are dismissed. “It is undisputed that Ms. Simpson’s vehicle was vandalized on May 2, 2021 while it parked in the strata’s underground parking area.” It is noted Yaniv has a camera in the strata lot against the Bylaws of the Strata. The Court orders the Strata to give Yaniv a list of the owners and tenants in the building despite Strata’s objections.

From the evidence, it is clear that Simpson has a camera installed within her strata lot that the strata has asked her to remove. However, I have not been asked to decide whether Simpson’s camera is contrary to bylaw 48.8. The issue before me is whether the strata has enforced bylaw 48.8 in a fair and consistent manner, and I find it has. Simpson says the strata is required to keep a list of owners and tenants (owner list) under SPA section 35(1) and provide it to an owner who requests it under section 36. She says the strata is therefore legally obligated to provide her with a copy of the owner list but has refused to do so. The strata acknowledges the SPA requirements but says it has not provided Simpson with an owner list because it believes she will use it for “nefarious purposes”.

Summer 2022

MM are aware that the BC Human Rights Tribunal has criticized Ms. Simpson’s conduct of certain human rights claims as “extortionate”, but that was a very different context.

SEPTEMBER 2022

In September 2022 Jessica Simpson creates a new X account SFUJessica. (Fat Jon changed to @JessXSimps in 2026)

Even the X account for Rexy – Yaniv’s pet dog @ServiceDogRexy – defends the new false Indigenous claim suggesting that Yaniv believes merely being born in Canada is enough to qualify for the Canadian indigenous status.

OCTOBER 2022

In October 2022 Jessica claimed to be Indigenous in an application for VP for Equity and Sustainability at Simon Fraser University.

Not only that, Yaniv starts using the University address and logo on all their email correspondence – acting as a representative of the university. MM also believe this is fraudulent behaviour, as a student is not an employee of the University.

DECEMBER 2022

In December 2022, the strata received a complaint Rexy had bitten another resident while exiting the elevator. Simpson denied the allegation, and suggested any “aggressive behaviour” was provoked. The strata submitted security camera footage of the incident I find clearly shows Rexy exiting the elevator, approaching a person with their back to him, sniffing them, and then biting them on the buttocks without provocation. The strata relied on the security camera footage in deciding that Rexy was an aggressive dog and must be muzzled on common property. The resident/guest that was bitten flies a lawsuit against Yaniv and the Strata. The case was settled in February 2025 without any public court info to share.

December 2022 Jessica posts on X stating they will apply for a job listing that is only for indigenous people. MM currently have not procured evidence that any application was actually submitted, but the post goes toward showing the intent to apply for a position designated for indigenous peoples only.

JANUARY 2023

  • January 22, 2023 – Release Order Miriam Yaniv is charged with 4 Counts & Conditions NOT TO ENTER the Seniors building in which she owns a condo

March 2023

Jessica Simpson v Milos Greek Taverna Ltd., 2024 BCCRT 521 – March 18, 2023 Jessica and dog enter claiming a diabetic emergency, asked for service dog certificate and asked to leave. June 10, 2024 CRT Reasons for Decision (Dismissed, Milos would be entitled to reimbursement if there had been any requested.)

APRIL 2023

April 2023 Jessica posts on X stating they are a member of the Métis Nation of BC – this could not be possible given the family tree proof required to have a membership.

This is further evidence of the claim, and still no proof has been provided by Yaniv that there is any connection between the Yaniv family and any indigenous family in Canada.

The family tree information that MM was able to obtain years ago, years before the sudden indigenous claim during Covid – does not contain any links to Canada before Jack and Miriam arrived.

And again posts on X in April 2023 Jessica is claiming to be an indigenous student at SFU.

MAY 2023

In a court statement – in a case regarding DFS – and only recently exposed by DFS – Yaniv has claimed to be Indigenous and Métis in a – written by AI – court statement. Yaniv is claiming to have indigenous heritage in a court of law. (DFS posted this screenshot on X in 2025 – this is just 1 example of the many times Yaniv has told a Court of Law that they are indigenous.)

JUNE 2023

Jessica Simpson v. Omran Peroz (Great Afghan Kabob Restaurant) – June 23, 2023 Simpson and mother Miriam attempt to enter Great Afghan Kabob restaurant with Rexy the dog, claiming a diabetic emergency. October 24th, 2023 – Settlement – Dismissed Case – No Triable Issue.

SEPTEMBER 2023

Jessica Simpson posted on X claiming to be Métis on September 30th, 2023 which is Canada’s National Day of Truth and Reconciliation.

A card carrying Métis Citizen, had enough of Yaniv claiming to be Métis and publicly offered to perform a DNA test to prove the claim. She continued to question the claim online and to request proof. She exposed the lengthy history showing the Yaniv Family are Immigrants from Israel and Jewish and could not possibly have “Indigenous Heritage” as Yaniv claims – with the help of MM’s family history.

OCTOBER 2023

October 2023 – a fake X account 604_AFA which is reported to be Yaniv posted comments about the Métis Citizen calling her a fake Indian – and used the exact same noose photo that had previously been used to harass and wish death on DFS.

This Canadian woman with Métis Citizenship, has provided MM with access to use her X posted claims, exposing the Indigenous claims that Yaniv has made. She has become one of Yaniv’s targets for harassment these last years, simply due to requesting Yaniv provide proof of the Métis claim. MM agree that this new claim of being indigenous is yet another grift. Like the disability claims, the fake service dog claims, everything is a scam with Jessica Yaniv Simpson.

December 2023 – 18 Months Probation

For the pulling of a false fire alarm in Miriam’s 55+ seniors building and for filing a false report to 911 regarding the incident – Yaniv is sentenced to 18 month probation.

Yaniv was not charged with assault for hitting one of the seniors. (Video of incident.)

January 2024

Jessica Simpson files a Class Action lawsuit with Slater Vecchio LLP against Quaker Oats claiming to have had a stomach problem after eating tainted Granola that mother Miriam bought. Many online Yaniv trackers informed the news and the lawyers just who Jessica is. [January 19, 2024 (Global News) Quaker recall spurs Canada-wide class-action lawsuit.] In July 2024, Jessica was dismissed as the primary claimant in the Class Action.

Jessica Yaniv Simpson as a witness (blurred & voice changed) “as a former student with an Israeli background” – this shows that Jessica Simpson identifies as Israeli even though publicly claiming to be Métis.

Jessica will do anything to get on TV.

Days later on a X Space Chat – Yaniv is chatting about DFS mostly when Métis Citizen woman tunes in to listen, and the host asks Yaniv about being Métis. Then he invited them to have a chat about his claim. Jon states that JACK YANIV IS NOT HIS BIOLOGICAL FATHER and that he doesn’t have to prove anything.

So did Miriam cheat on Jack? Jon has claimed he is a test tube baby, but test tube babies weren’t big in 1986, and they typically didn’t use sperm donors, they would use the actual father’s sperm, and use a donor female egg if necessary. So none of that claim is logical. Which is typical of Jon’s lies.

The April 22, 2025 Western Standard news article links to a public X post by an actual Métis Citizen woman – MM have verified that the Western Standard never contacted this Métis Citizen woman, before or after writing this story and providing the public link.

In April 2025, Jonathan attempted to contact what he believed was an employer of Métis Citizen woman, and another RCMP file was opened against Yaniv for harassment. After a lengthy discussion with RCMP on May 3, 2025 and then convos with her lawyer, Métis Citizen woman agreed to stop asking Yaniv for proof of the Métis claim. Essentially the RCMP believe it is anyone’s right to claim to be whatever they want to claim, Jon can claim to be indigenous, Jon can claim to be African American, Jon can claim to be an alien for all they care. It’s bullshit and they know it’s bullshit.

Ultimately it will require a lawsuit from a University or a legal system against Jonathan, for his abuse of indigenous services, or indigenous grants or funds. Many Pretendians are being exposed and facing the legal ramifications of their lie. MeowMix only hope one day it will be Jon’s turn.

2026 – Mad Miriam claims in COURT that Nasty Christians hate them because they are Jewish

In the Foreclosure court, Mad Miriam declared that she has to sell her condo to save Fat Jon and because the nasty Christians in her building hate them because they are Jewish.

Many court statements that MM have seen, that are submitted by Fat Jon, include Fat Jon claiming to be a disabled indigenous Métis woman. MM hope eventually a court forces him to provide evidence of his racist fraudulent Indigenous claim.
