2018 – 2021 Vexatious Litigant Yaniv

This is a time line of events in the life of Jessica Simpson aka Jessica Yaniv aka Jonathan Yaniv. A good place to start is Yaniv – A Jewish Family from Israel which documents Miriam and Jack Yaniv‘s Jewish family and their births in Israel and their immigration to Canada. Then take a vile trip through the Pervert Years of Yaniv to see what Yaniv was perving on before the 2018 WaxMyBalls stage of this crazy reality show. And that brings us to the Vexatious Litigant Era. Please also refer to the Legal Timeline for references.

2018 – The Vexatious Litigant Yaniv

In summer 2018 a man named Jonathan Yaniv – who later changed his name to Jessica Yaniv – and then again changed it to Jessica Serenity Simpson – contacted multiple home businesses via Facebook.

Yaniv attempted to set up appointments to have a women’s bikini wax – a Brazilian. A Brazilian wax is a hair removal treatment that removes the majority or all of the hair from the pubic region, including the front, sides, and back, and often the area around the anus. It is a very intimate procedure for a woman to wax another woman. A male Brazilian wax, also known as a “manzilian,” “boyzilian,” or “manzilian,” and requires different waxes, and different training. It’s definitely not uncommon for men to get an erection during service and clean up.

When, quite naturally, the appointments were refused because Jonathan had male genitals – Yaniv filed a BC Human Rights Tribunal lawsuit against each of the women claiming to be transgender. In total there were close to 20, if not more lawsuits, filed. We truly do not know how many paid a settlement to make him go away before some lawyered up and stood up to this menace.

Social Media was also well aware of Yaniv by this point because “Jessica Yaniv” was running around claiming to be a Trans Activist and Social Media was on fire with evidence dug up from the Pervert earlier years, which of course Jonathan Yaniv denied were made by him. One of these home businesses, that were sued for refusing to wax Jon’s balls, located the services of Calgary-based Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms, and once Yaniv realized they had lawyered up and were not going to settle and give him money – Yaniv dropped the case. However, the JCCF got in touch with more of the women that had been sued, and offered to represent them as well.

In November 2018 – Women’s Rights Activist Meghan Murphy was suspended from Twitter because she called Jonathan aka Jessica – him.

Twitter was all caught up in the woke debate about mis-gendering by this point. Jessica takes credit for the suspension, even bragged about to the local Langley Township Council at one of the many meeting Yaniv spoke at. (See those videos on MeowTube.)

2018 wrapped up with more lawsuits being filed.

2019 The Year of Wax My Balls

June 24, 2019 Yaniv appears before the Langley Township council in a wheelchair (see videos) claiming to have a brain tumour. Jessica also attempts to support a topless swim event for minors and YouTuber Transwoman Rose of Dawn tweets out disgust as do many others.

In 2019, JCCF represented several women in the BCHRT against Yaniv, and much of the trial was tweeted out by goinglikeelsie and main stream media ignores the cases.

July 14, 2019 Lindsay Shepherd was banned from Twitter due to an exchange with Jessica Yaniv on the social media platform. A week later her account was reactivated in a surprising turn.

In mid-July 2019 the Tribunal decides – due to the public action of Yaniv on Social Media – that the publication ban on the waxing cases should be removed.

And eventually court room videos of the July 16, 2019 trial are posted on YouTube on multiple channels.

July 19th, 2019 Going Like Eelsie tweets out the trial details using Jessica Yaniv’s name. And a lot of details come out, like Miriam has been in Canada 35 years at this point. That Miriam Yaniv is considering taking her dead relative’s corpses back to Israel. That Nazis are emailing Jessica Yaniv according to Jess. That the Yaniv’s are truly sick liars to claim Yaniv has a period.

Famous comedian Ricky Gervais even joked on Twitter about Yaniv after the publication ban was removed in July 2019.

Yaniv gets on Info Wars and during a live broadcast Yaniv claimed to be able to be come pregnant. When Alex Jones confronts Yaniv with the mounds of evidence from past years of screenshots of tweets, chat texts, etc. showing him preying on young girls, Yaniv says they are all fake. July 25, 2019 (Vancouver Is Awesome) Genital waxing complainant’s topless-OK youth LGBTQ2S+ swim proposal delayed by Township of Langley

July 25, 2019 (Vancouver Is Awesome) ‘Alarming’ trans activist’s top-optional youth swim event not cleared to proceed The Township of Langley has postponed consideration of an “all-bodies swim” for LGBTQ2S+ youth aged 12 and older at one of its public pools until September.

Yaniv attempted to file more waxing cases, but the BCHRT shuts them down, asking Yaniv to wait for the current cases to be completed.

Eventually the JCCF cases wrap up in late July 2019. The Yaniv’s get interviewed by Canada’s Government paid for news the CBC and claims to be The Voice for Trans Everywhere.

2019 AUGUST

After brandishing an illegal stun gun on a Youtube livestream with trans woman Blaire White, on August 5th, 2019 – Yaniv is reported to RCMP for the illegal weapons.

Menstruation was also a theme of Yaniv’s declarations of sexual interest in Jessica Rumpel of Washington State, who corresponded with Yaniv over social media when she was 14. Rumpel, who is now an adult, said she filed an anonymous report with the Canadian child-exploitation tip-line Cybertip.ca, but has not been contacted by police. Yaniv has not been charged over the incidents, and none of the allegations have been tested in court.

August 9th, 2019 Yaniv posted a video from inside his Langley condo – Yaniv flops to the floor while grabbing a cell phone faking a seizure from a brain tumour. Twitter personality Ian Miles Cheong posted it on Twitter/X.

August 15, 2019 Rebel News reporter David Menzies was engaged in asking Yaniv questions in the public parking lot outside Yaniv’s Langley condo. Yaniv wrongfully and intentionally struck Menzies multiple times with a pink walking cane.

Not one to remain quiet, Yaniv doubled down on the RACISM. Posts began to spring up of Jessica Yaniv calling a turban wearing man demeaning names. Yaniv later claimed it was a “social experiment” for school.

2019 October – Yaniv is a Loser in Court

In the end, the BCHRT ruled that Yaniv would have to pay out $6,000.00 – that is $2000 to each of the 3 women because of the use of deception, and targeting small businesses for financial gain.

Cousineau then dismissed all of Yaniv’s other complaints, going so far as to say Yaniv’s repeated complaints, some of which resulted from her use of deception, were not filed to “prevent or remedy alleged discrimination, but to target small businesses for personal financial gain.”

On November 29, 2019, Ms. Simpson (identified as “Jessica Jonathan Yaniv”) was charged with two counts of possessing a conducted electrical weapon without a license.

2019 December – Yaniv Arrested and Charged for Illegal Weapons

After reports to the RCMP regarding the Blair White podcast of August 5th, 2019, in which Yaniv discharged a stun device on the live broadcast, RCMP issued a search warrant for the Langley BC Condo, and found multiple illegal weapons.

Jessica attempts to sue a Gynaecologist, and is accused of pedophile activities.

2020 Gets CRAZY Yaniv Style

At the end of 2019 we saw Jessica Yaniv aka Jessica Simpson spiralling out of control after the spectacular failure of the Wax My Balls cases in October 2019.

A press release posted on Tuesday by the Calgary-based JCCF, under the heading “Yaniv targets another East Indian beauty salon in new waxing complaint” states the “serial complainant” has male genitalia but self-identifies as female.

Last October, the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal dismissed complaints Yaniv lodged against Blue Heaven Beauty Lounge and Sandeep Benipal, Suhki Hehar and Sukhi Beauty Dream Salon, Marcia DaSilva, Hina Moin, Pam Dulay, Judy Tran and Merle Norman, claiming discrimination based on gender identity and expression for refusing to provide waxing services. January 13, 2020 Yaniv appears in court for the weapons charges. Rebel News reporter Keean Bexte was physically assaulted by Yaniv outside the courthouse as he covered Yaniv’s appearance in British Columbia Provincial Court on two counts of unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon or restricted weapon (relating the August 2019 Blair White Podcast incident.) January 22, 2020 it was reported that Yaniv was arrested for the assault.

In February 2020 Rebel News reporters filed a civil claim against Yaniv for their injuries for both assaults. Rebel News create a website YanivTrial.com.

On February 8th, 2020 Yaniv to appear in court for the weapons charges.

On March 16, 2020 – The court issues Yaniv a Discretionary Prohibition Order for Firearms and Weapons and Jessica was convicted in Surrey Provincial Court on one of those counts and received a conditional discharge, including one-year period of probation.

The following three illegal weapons items were forfeited:

  • a) Taser, black, Damsel in Defence CEW Device;
  • b) Taser, black, Damsel in Defence CEW “Camera”; and
  • c) Sabre pepper spray and Sabre red pepper gel.

On March 16, 2020 Jonathan Yaniv also known as Jessica Yaniv filed a counterclaim against the Rebel News reporters. Their civil cases went on for a few years.

July 9, 2020 Warrant for Arrest for Assault against the Rebel News reporters was issued for the arrest of Jessica Yaniv, and then removed.

Jessica Simpson, formerly known as Jessica Yaniv, filed a suit in small claims court against the Township for $35,000, the maximum dollar value in small claims.

Simpson also appears to be suing, also in small claims court, the three salon owners who won $6,000 in judgements against her after the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal threw out her complaint last year.

Details of that case were not available online, but Simpson’s statement of claim against the Township raised a number of allegations, starting with alleged mistreatment after she was arrested on a weapons charge on Aug. 8, 2019.

On September 21, 2020 Yaniv appears in court and has the Discretionary Prohibition Order for Firearms and Weapons explained to him again, and has Yaniv acknowledge the order which is valid for 2 years after conviction.

October 2020 Yaniv Threatens Billboard Chris

A local activist that goes by the name of Billboard Chris decide to hold a protest on October 22, 2020 just down the road from Yaniv’s Langley condominium. This infuriated Yaniv who drove to their location, and Yaniv was video recorded threatening Chris Elston’s life.

On December 30, 2020 and arrest warrant is issued for Yaniv – for the death threats on Chris Elston. Yaniv is arrested and charged. Video of the threats are posted on Elston’s Twitter (now X) for viewing. Chris tweets out that Yaniv is getting arrested.

2021 Probation Doesn’t Stop Yaniv

On January 1st, 2021 Yaniv signs an Undertaking Form 10 to attend court, and not go near or contact Chris Elston aka Billboard Chris – and to not possess weapons.

Gender reassignment surgery occurred on January 11, 2021 – No More Balls For Yanny

On January 15, 2021 Yaniv was to be in court for the charges.

A Langley woman known for her controversial legal and human rights challenges is now suing Fraser Health and the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) for allegedly breaching her personal health information.

Jessica Simpson, formerly known as Jessica Yaniv, filed a small claims case in Surrey Provincial Court against the two health agencies on Monday, Jan. 18.

On a February 1, 2021 Yaniv requests a 5 month reduction in the Weapons Probation order because the BC Emergency Services have flagged the Langley condo as having a weapon and it delays their response. Truth is Jessica is using her surgery, as an opportunity to flash her genitals to the First responders.

In fact on February 11, 2021 – Jessica gets off on flashing the entire Twitter world online, by posting a picture of her infected crotch after botched surgery – Andy Ngo has the blurred out photo on X currently for your viewing disgust. Jessica now claims that she posted that accidentally, but it sure looks on purpose, and the archive shows the comments and the un-altered horrific image (be warned before viewing).

2021 April Yaniv files Civil suit – Sues Rebel News

2021 June 21st – Yaniv in Court for the Assault charge.

November 12, 2021 – VAYEGHAN LITIGATION withdrawal as Legal Rep for Simpson – they were repping Yaniv on the Elston & Rebel cases.

Probation for Death Threats against Billboard Chris.

2022 Miriam & Jessica Attack Seniors and Get Their Asses Kicked

February 25, 2022 Fire Alarm Pulled at Miriam’s Building – results in many cases between the Seniors at Miriam’s building and the Yaniv clan (watch the Video of the events.) March 22, 2022 and Arrest Warrant is issued for Jessica for the assault and false police report and pulling a fire alarm in a seniors home when there was no fire. Miriam Yaniv is banned from living in her senior building for threatening the residents. Civil Cases against Funk and Callis wage on over the next years until the case goes to court in Dec 2023. Yaniv loses and both Miriam & Jessica are each given 18 months of probation.

On December 18, 2022, BC Emergency Health Services responded to a 911 call for medical assistance due to an overdose (for Miriam). Jessica Yaniv claims the ambulance paramedic grabbed his moobs during an altercation during this event, and Jessica sues for sexual assault. In June 2024 the case is tossed by the court. In 2025, the court awards the PHSA $4,500 for the trouble of being falsely sued by Yaniv in a case Yaniv knew he would never win.

2023 The Service Dog Grift Keeps On Failing

March 18, 2023 Jessica and dog Rexy enter Milos Greek Taverna Ltd. claiming a diabetic emergency, when asked for service dog certificate and Jessica could not provide one, they were asked to leave. Jessica files a lawsuit, June 10, 2024 the case is Dismised by CRT Reasons for Decision and the court note Milos would be entitled to reimbursement, if there had been any cost submitted.

June 23, 2023 Simpson and mother Miriam attempt to enter Great Afghan Kabob restaurant with Rexy the dog, claiming a diabetic emergency (Same routine as Milos Greek Taverna Ltd.)

July 7, 2023 – Jessica files a claim agains THE KING OF ENGLAND – requesting MILLIONS from the RCMP all in relation to the events of Feb 22, 2022

July 2023 Yaniv is handcuffed and has the Nissan searched. The post of the photo gets over a million views.

Yaniv Gets 18 Months of Probation

On December 18, 2023, the court gives Yaniv 18 months of Probation for filing a false police report and pulling the fire alarm – sadly the court dismiss the assault charge. Outside the courthouse Yaniv threatens to have Rexy the dog bite Rebel News Reporter Drea Humphrey as she is there to catch Yaniv exiting.

On December 2023, the court give Mother Miriam Yaniv 18 months of Probation.

2024-2025 Yaniv Continues As A Giant Loser

January 16, 2024 – Class Action Lawsuit is started for Salmonella against Quaker Oats and the media report that Jessica Simpson is the lead Plaintiff. Several months later in July 2024 – Jessica Simpson is no longer the Lead Plaintiff and was clearly dropped by Slater Vecchio.

March 28, 2024 (Vancouver is Awesome) Tribunal dismisses B.C. trans activist’s fire alarm claim and yet again Yaniv is a failure.

May 31, 2024 A resident of Hawthorne (Jessica’s strata) sues Strata Plan for dog bite by Rexy in December 2022 – the case is settled in Feb 2025 by the insurance lawyers.

June 12, 2024 Reasons for Decision – Jessica Simpson Ordered to Pay $3,268.07 to his Strata for filing yet another false case against them. Yaniv forked over the payment in January 2025.

Then if it was evidently clear Jessica Yaniv is a loser in court, May 27, 2024 the court dismiss the Sexual Assault claim against PHSA alleging a paramedic sexually assaulted JYS On December 18, 2022 and the publication ban is dismissed. Then on February 7, 2025 – PHSA file a lawsuit against JYS for 10% of claim against them $3,500 & costs $999.67. March 6, 2025 – The court awards PHSA – and Jessica Simpson ordered to pay $4,499.67 and this is not paid as of yet.

March 2025, the court awards the PHSA $4,500 for the trouble of being falsely sued by Yaniv in a case Yaniv knew he would never win.

Days later in March 2025 everyone learns that Jessica Yaniv has not been paying the mortgage on the Hawthorne condo, and the mortgage company is starting Foreclosure applications.

After Jessica’s post on X celebrating the death of the Pope Amy Hamm’s tweet/post receives a lot of attention.

Jessica’s attempt to use the non-service dog Rexy to sue a Husky Gas station fails and Jessica is ordered to pay $500.00 to the victim.

Oh yes, did we forget that the last grift of all grifts is Yaniv – once a proud Israeli of Jewish faith, started claiming to be Canadian Indigenous in 2021 to skip the covid shots?
