On March 6th 2025, the Court decided to grant the penalty requested by PHSA (Provincial Health Services Authority) and ordered Jessica Yaniv Simpson to pay out – $3,500 to PHSA – and the court granted costs and disbursements totalling $999.67 payable to Seana Richardson.
As you may recall in February MM reported that PHSA (Provincial Health Services Authority) filed for these penalties against Jessica Yaniv Simpson. In May of 2024 the Court dismissed Yaniv’s fictitious Sexual Assault claim, and removed the publication ban on the case.
MM hope that these two Defendants rush to get liens on Yaniv’s condo to secure the payments, as MM suspect a future foreclosure sale on Jessica’s condo in the next 6 months.
