2005: Young Pervert Jonathan Yaniv Unleashed

Prior to the 2018 #WaxMyBalls Cases – Jonathan Yaniv had a Long History of pervertedly creeping on minors and filing legal cases.

Jonathan Yaniv was born in New Westminster, BC, Canada on June 12, 1987 to two immigrant parents, Miriam and Jack Yaniv – both parents were born in Israel. Miriam came to Canada with her husband Jack in approximately 1985 according to her testimony during the BCHRT 2019 Waxing Cases. Miriam was Jack’s 2nd or 4th wife dependant on what research you believe. Jack Yaniv is rumoured to have had several quicky Vegas weddings before going back to Israel and marrying Miriam. Jack also had a first wife, and 3 children that lived in poverty after their father abandoned them and divorced their mother. One of the children is a retired school teacher and has publicly noted how his father abandoned them. You can read all about their Jewish Family from Isreal in Part 1.

Growing Up In A Jewish Family

Jonathan Yaniv was raised in South Surrey, British Columbia, Canada and reportedly attended Jessie Lee Elementary where, alleged former students claim, Jon was a special education child with attention deficit problems.

Despite that learning disability Jonathan Yaniv graduated from Semiamoo High School in 2005. The entire Grad class of 2005 was featured in a local paper called Peace Arch News on June 11, 2005. And another article from the same little community paper, on June 29, 2005, notes that Jonathan Yaniv received a $200 award. Learning disability or autism? Clearly Yaniv is capable of graduating and doing basic coding. There is also a newspaper clip from a 2003 North Delta Leader (another small community paper) article noting Jonathan participating in a website building contest.

2007-2017 Greenside Estates

After the death of Miriam’s father in 2006, suddenly the Yaniv family have funds enough to purchase their first home. In June 2007 the Yaniv family move to Cloverdale (a suburb of Surrey on the Langley border) and purchased an old townhouse built in 1977 for $264,000 – it is a 3 bedroom 1,100 sq. ft. townhouse in a complex called Greenside Estates.

Reports float around the internet of Jonathan Yaniv harassing neighbours at the complex pool, inappropriate interest in minors. An entire Strata complex disgusted at Jonathan’s behaviour. Reports of sending pizzas to harass the neighbours that complained. Clearly Jonathan has had a long history of pervert deviant behaviour and has been enabled by his mother, Miriam Yanv.

By May 2017 Jonathan is posting on Facebook in community groups for the local area, and notes that a kid in the Greenside complex is mutilating animals. No news coverage notes this event as ever happening. Jonathan posts about catching the child that did it and frightening the child. With the history that unfolds, looking back MM wonders if Jonathan was the cat mutilator and the imaginary child was the usual fabrication of psychological projection.

Later in July 2017 Yaniv claims someone attempted to break into the family’s townhouse and drugged their pet dog. The story of the break-in and dog being drugged is reported in the local news anonymously. The RCMP comment they have never seen pot being used to drug a dog.

Surrey RCMP say it’s the first they’ve heard of pot-laced biscuits being used in break and enters.

2008 Jonathan Yaniv is Obsessed with Sex

Yaniv first came to public attention as a 21-year-old computer student at Surrey, B.C.’s Kwantlen Polytechnic University for a promoting a National Sex Day in Canada on Facebook, in what was later claimed to be a viral marketing project. Would a Christian try to make an international Sex Day on Good Friday? Mm do not believe that Jonathan Yaniv was successful in getting laid. Despite the “sexual assault” telltale Yaniv has told many times – of having his cock and balls fondled by other young men in the bathroom – we at MM believe Jonathan is a virgin.

March 21 was initially slated to be the first National Sex Day, but it didn’t go over well with Christians – it was also Good Friday.

And Obsessed with Minors

While doing promotional “work” Jonathan Yaniv often tried his hand at getting the attention of products he liked – like the Karotz promotion he claimed doing. It was merely a contest open to anyone in the world that bought the product. It was a social media campaign that he had nothing to do with and he was not paid for his images. This was Jonathan in 2011, at the age of 24 – living in his parents home in Greenside Estates – playing with robot bunnies.

Then the real gross stuff begins.

Jonathan somehow weasels his way into promoting an internet YouTube band of young teenage girls called Cimorelli Band – and it gave him great access to creeping on minors. Yaniv’s current Facebook Page was actually under Lauren Cimorelli name before Yaniv took it over. Only recently has the ties to the girls band been scrubbed from that FB page. Although Jessica Simpson is still tagged in a lot of photos of the girls because of the fake profile. Those 22K followers were following Cimorelli. The page is now called Jessica Simpson Law. There is plenty of stories of Jonathan on Ask.FM creeping on minors. Screenshots of conversations that appear to be Jonathan asking about tampons and how to help insert them in young girls in BC Ferry bathrooms spread on the web. Of course, when these screenshots were presented in the Waxing Cases in 2019 – Jonathan denied they were him. Yaniv also denied the images were real when Alex Jones asked about the posts live on air in 2019 on Info Wars.

And then there is Jessica Rumpel of Washington that reported Yaniv contacted her at age 14 – using an Elmo voice to ask her sexual questions. The National Post even noted these claims in their coverage from August 2019. In 2024 Yaniv was still using the Elmo voice on X.

Menstruation was also a theme of Yaniv’s declarations of sexual interest in Jessica Rumpel of Washington State, who corresponded with Yaniv over social media about five years ago when she was 14. Rumpel, who is now an adult, said she filed an anonymous report with the Canadian child-exploitation tipline Cybertip.ca, but has not been contacted by police. Yaniv has not been charged over the incidents, and none of the allegations have been tested in court.

Rumpel has also shared recordings of Yaniv making sexual comments in the voice of the Sesame Street character Elmo. “That is my voice,” Yaniv admitted to the Post, but said she had never sent the recordings to Rumpel, but rather sent them to a friend as a joke at least six years ago.

2015-2019 JY Knows It Business Consulting.

Jonathan Yaniv created JY Knows It Business Consulting and Trusted Nerd a web blog. Aside from offering his marketing services, and website designing as a WordPress Expert the website blog reviewed female Sex Toys – with sexual reviews that appear as if Jonathan is using them on himself.

In 2015 JY Knows It Business Consulting did a video presentation that was on FB about Internet Marketing Mastery, talking about WordPress and security. He mentions his work with Cimorelli Band – no one from the band want anything to do with Yaniv after what he did to them.

In 2016 and 2017 Jonathan Yaniv is active on Facebook selling his Marketing skills under the JY Knows It brand and another brand called Digital. There are still Facebook Pages for the companies as of March 2025.

In 2019 – JY Knows It Business Consulting registers with the Township Of Langley for the Adopt a Street program, where persons or businesses volunteer to go do community work by once a month cleaning up the street you adopt.

The sign currently says a different business name “The Practise of Jessica Simpson” but the registration is still under JY Knows It – however that JY Knows It business seems to have gone out of business now. Not that it was much of a business before. The Practise of Jessica Simpson may be registered in BC Corporations but it does not hold a business licence in the TOL. And Jessica aka Jonathan is not a lawyer.

2016 Dream Talks Lawsuit (for Smudging)

In May of 2016 – prior to putting on a dress and tiara and claiming to be a hermaphrodite in a BC court – Jonathan Yaniv volunteered his time to do unpaid social media work for a Vancouver event called Dream Talks.

Jonathan sued the man that put on the event, and sued two of the Indigenous performance artists that attended the show.

Yaniv claimed to be sick for weeks losing work from inhaling the smoke of the burning sage – an indigenous act called smudging – performed by several performers at the event. Yaniv went into a private area, where he was not supposed to be, and the indigenous performers were smudging. It is particularly interesting that Yaniv never claimed to be Indigenous or Métis during this lawsuit in 2016-2017.

At the same time in 2016 Jonathan was suing Andrew Barron, with Jonathan claiming he was screwed over for Headphones he had claimed to be marketing for the YouTube band of young girls called Cimorelli Band. One has to wonder who screwed who here. Sounds like both these guys were crooked.

Yaniv – A Momma’s Boy

It appears his parents covered up or enabled his behaviours at the Greenside Estates, and the perverted behaviours online, and the legal abuse of the courts even prior to Jack’s death and Jonathan deciding to put on a purple gown and tiara.

At the age of 70, on January 25, 2013 Jack Yaniv died – Jonathan was 25. He still lived at home with his mother Miriam in the townhouse. After years of legal sorting of the estate and will of Jack Yaniv – in 2017 Miriam and Jonathan sell the townhouse at Greenside for $475,000.

Yaniv lived at home with his mother until September 2017 – until the age of 30. MM are sure that there is some psychological traits that made him stay at home with his dad and then alone with his mom and deaf aunt. Not good ones.

Then in August 2017 Miriam purchased a 1 bedroom 590 sq. ft condo in a 55+ age restricted building in Walnut Grove Suburb of Langley for $280,000 and moves in September 2017. At the exact same time Jonathan purchased a 1 bedroom 590 sq.ft. condo in the building literally across the street for $309,000. Although MM suspect Miriam gave the funds for the deposit to Jonathan. Both condos had mortgages on them according to Land Title info. MM speculate that Miriam and her sister inherited the funds to buy the Greenside Estate, and when Jack died, the money wasn’t his. There could well have been an insurance policy on Jack, but at age 70 with Cancer, MM can’t imagine the Yaniv’s paying a policy. However, if Jack had worked for a union, it is possible there was a small insurance plan in the dues and pension.

Both Miriam and Jonathan take out mortgages on the purchased homes in 2017 and currently still have mortgages on these properties in 2025. Miriam is in her 70s and still has a mortgage, and MM assume her monthly income from old age pension and maybe a bit from her own pension and Jack’s can’t be that substantial if she still has that amount of debt. MM also suspect Miriam is continually going into debt to support Jonathan. In Feb 2025, Jessica as Jonathan is now known, had a foreclosure started on the property for unpaid mortgage payments.

Keep On Creeping On

Never one to give up the obsession – and unfortunately for all us – post about it, Jessica continued on Jonathan’s kink for sex toys. Jonathan started pretending to be a woman in 2018. And thus began the #WaxMyBalls era.

In 2019, Jessica Yaniv decides to enter a Beauty Pageant Miss BC. Several fundraising events are scheduled and after being disqualified Yaniv and Mother Miriam show up at the pageant event taking pictures of the minor children and teenagers and was asked to leave the event.

There are many questionable videos and image of Miriam and her offspring, it’s hard to know where to even start – like one from 2020 of Miriam and JY in a hot tub, with Miriam stroking Jessica’s hair. Their relationship seems very unnatural.

And Yaniv is still obsessed with sex, in 2023 – while out for a lunch with Momma Miriam – Yaniv taught us all how to butter corn on Instagram in a very sexually suggestive way while it is assumed Miriam, the mother, filmed the video. Any Ngo found it and reposted it on X in February 2024.
