Jessica Jonathan Yaniv Simpson aka Fat Jon aka WaxMyBalls claimed a lot of crazy garbage in his Foreclosure affidavits. Fat Jon even had Mad Miriam and his Deaf Aunt swear affidavits that all the crazy stuff was true. Doesn’t make it true but it is written and filed in court.
One of the folks that Fat Jon named is The PI he alleged he worked for in 2025.
The PI alleges she “hired” Fat Jon to ONLY serve some legal papers to a few folks she personally is suing – twice, and that’s all folks.
Fat Jon alleges he worked as The PI’s employee at West Point Investigations Corp. from March 2025 – November 2025.
The PI appears to be the source of the Hitman story. She also has a lengthy legal history in the BC CSO, under her current name Jolene Karen Johnson and her birth name, Dianna Leigh Holden. Yes, just like Fat Jon she has legally changed her name, and her past business names, to hide her past legal history. So it should be interesting to see how these two people – who love to sue other people – will spar off in court. Their battles could be as entertaining as Spy vs. Spy.
Fat Guy vs The PI
The PI emailed MM this Notice of Claim with the only request being we redact her address from the file.
Some highlights of the lengthy claim that The PI has filed in Abbotsford, BC court March 5, 2026 are as follows:
- Fat Jon has allegedly driven out to The PI woman’s house, with Mad Miriam in the car no less.
- Fat Jon has allegedly played music on blast outside The PI’s house like a romantic scene out of Say Anything.
- Fat Jon has allegedly filed false claims against The PI for employment claims – asking for an unpaid $44,000 as a salary.
- Fat Jon has allegedly filed a false injury complaint with WorkSafe BC.
- Fat Jon has allegedly targeted The PI’s adult daughter.
- Fat Jon has allegedly falsely reported The PI to the Commissioner of Oaths (we have a copy of this email sent to us by another reader)
- Fat Jon has allegedly faked audio of The PI to tarnish her reputation.
- Fat Jon has allegedly contacted multiple clients tarnishing The PI’s rep.
- Fat Jon has allegedly “hacked” into the PI’s email and Facebook.
- Fat Jon has allegedly sent The PI pizzas.
Or is this Scooby Doo?
As for the accusations that Fat Jon is the author of the website gangsterismout.com and is now operating the email and X accounts previously owned an operated by an individual that went by the name “Ace Ventura” – MeowMix is skeptical. That website has an owner named in legal actions in the courts. There is no evidence that the website is now operated by another person, and certainly doesn’t appear to be Fat Jon‘s modus operandi. Yes, Fat Jon is not beyond using extortion but the targets of that website and the “Ace” character don’t seem like Fat Jon‘s usual victims. Anything is possible. It is possible that that website changed ownership and kept the change hidden from readers. The writing style didn’t seem to alter though. The “200 plus emails” that The PI claims the “Ace Ventura” is sending seems like the usual behaviour of the previously known owner. A good PI could find a lot online about that individual.
Multiple people have accused multiple other people of owning gangsterismout.com but it all seems like a giant circle of finger pointing.
At this point, after reading those affidavits – MM are hoping everyone that Fat Jon has named in them, sues him too.
