Jessica Yaniv Simpson and Miriam Yaniv both have very minor updates to their court records this month.
Miriam Yaniv‘s lawyer appeared in BC Court today to request an adjournment for two weeks while she and the prosecution discussed details of the case. The defense and Judge agreed to adjourn the case until Feb 11, which syncs up Ilana Altmann’s court dates. Miriam did not appear herself.
Meanwhile, Jessica Yaniv Simpson’s trial for assaulting Keean Bexte has been delayed until March 18, 2022, most likely due to COVID-related delays affecting many BC cases.
Additionally, Vancouver Coastal Heath Authority has responded to Con Jon’s lawsuit, denying everything Jon claimed, and going as far as stating that Jon is making everything up. This should be fun to watch unfold. Prediction: Another big L for the big F(ailure).

JY is next due in court on Jan 21, 2022 for a hearing to address Rebel Media’s application to dismiss JY’s lawsuit against them.
