Attorney Sarah Grewal appeared in court today on behalf of Miriam Yaniv and Ilana Altmann, who are facing a combined five criminal charges for this incident.
The appearance lasted just a few moments, during which Grewal, who was appearing on behalf of Mo Vayeghan for Ilana Altman (Jessica Yaniv Simpson’s aunt, facing four charges) and as counsel for Miriam Yaniv (Yaniv’s mother, facing a single charge), informed the court that they plan to submit a resolution letter to the Court and requested an adjournment to do so. Interestingly, the Yaniv women have different lawyers.
The Yaniv criminals did not appear in person.
Proceedings have been adjourned until December 10, 2021.
