BC HRT has dismissed a 2021 Case filed by SirMam Accessibility Liaison Jessica Jonathan Yaniv Simpson v. Township of Langley for providing nothing but a bunch of hoo-haw. The process is Death-Fat Jon‘s punishment. Or so he – errr SirMam thinks.
Everyone that knows Death-Fat Jon aka Jessica Simpson aka Jonathan Yaniv’s timeline, knows about the letter from Langley Township’s fire department asking Death-Fat Jon to stop calling them to sexually harass their members while he was too fat to get out of the bathtub…
Well this is gonna make your day.
[3] The complaint was filed in 2021. The Township’s evidence is that in January and February 2021, its fire department responded to more than 30 calls from [Death-Fat Jon] for assistance getting out of her bathtub. [Death-Fat Jon] alleges mistreatment during, and in relation to, these calls. [Death-Fat Jon] also makes other allegations, including alleging that Township jail guards did not let [Death-Fat Jon] use [Death-Fat Jon’s] mobile phone in the cells.
[4] The Township filed its dismissal application and delivered it to [Death-Fat Jon] on January 29, 2026. [Death-Fat Jon] did not file a response to the application, despite having notice of it and an opportunity to do so.
MM seems to recall SirMam Accessibility Liaison Death-Fat Jon banging on a victim’s door recently in a fury yelling about how wrong it was to avoid legal documents or something right? What was it again Death-Fat Jon? SirMam certainly looks physically capable and able to hear, and didn’t have wonder-mutt Rexy to hold him up that day.
[5] For the reasons that follow, I am satisfied that the complaint has no reasonable prospect of success, largely because [Death-Fat Jon] has failed to particularize [Death-Fat Jon’s] allegations sufficiently to take them out of the realm of conjecture. The Township’s application is therefore granted and the complaint is dismissed.
[9] To make [Death-Fat Jon’s] case at a hearing, [Death-Fat Jon] would need to prove that (1) [Death-Fat Jon] had a protected characteristic, (2) [Death-Fat Jon] experienced an adverse impact in the Township’s services, and (3) [Death-Fat Jon’s] protected characteristic was a factor in the adverse impact.
[10] The Township does not dispute that [Death-Fat Jon] had protected characteristics falling within the grounds of mental disability, physical disability, gender identity or expression, and/or sex. However, it argues that [Death-Fat Jon] has no reasonable prospect of proving the other elements of [Death-Fat Jon’s] case because [Death-Fat Jon] has failed to particularize [Death-Fat Jon’s] allegations sufficiently to take them out of the realm of conjecture.
No one disputes Death-Fat Jon is mentally disabled.
Death-Fat Jon complained that staff hung up the phone when Death-Fat Jon called over 30 times in January and February of 2021. If you recall this is when he chopped off his wee wiener and lost his fake clit in the drain.
SirMam complained in the HRT claim filed in 2021 – that he and his Mad Mother Miriam has to attend the RCMP detachment, to file hand written paper complaints – but:
“[Death-Fat Jon] cannot use a pen and paper to write due to a disability.”
SirMam – we believe you, we have seen your chicken scratch hand writing, that verifies you are mentally disabled and incapable of hand writing anything that looks above the age of 5.
For good measure Death-Fat Jon also said no one believed the bomb threats.
Of note, SirMam is the greatest misgendering and it could well expand the name… SirMam Death-Fat Jon.
SirMam Death-Fat Jon claimed sexual harassment “as a lesbian” and brought up the Fire-fighter letter of GOLD from February of 2021. (See 2021 MeowMix Post Above.)
[28] [SirMam Death-Fat Jon] alleges that the Township “sexually harassed me as a lesbian” by sending “a letter stating that I was exhibiting lewd conduct towards their firefighters,” and “telling me that I was flirting with the fire fighters when I was naked in my bathtub and required assistance.” [SirMam] provides no further particulars or evidence regarding this allegation.
[29] In response, in support of its dismissal application the Township provides an affidavit from a deputy fire chief, incident reports from fire department attendances at [SirMam]’s home, and a February 2021 letter to [Mr.] Simpson from Township legal counsel. In his affidavit, the deputy fire chief states that some fire department staff “are uncomfortable attending [SirMam]’s residence because [SirMam] has a history of engaging in inappropriate conduct.” He provides the example of an attendance to assist [SirMam] in [Mr.] Simpson‘s bathroom on January 28, 2021, during which [SirMam] was reported as having “sex toys on the counter and when a staff member tried to lift [SirMam Death-Fat Jon] out of [SirMam]‘s bathtub, [Mr.] Simpson moaned.” In the February 2021 letter to [Mr.] Simpson, legal counsel states, in relevant part:
You have recently and frequently been contacting the Fire Department to obtain lift assistance. Since January 21, 2021, the Fire Department has received and responded to over 30 such calls for assistance, none of which constituted a medical emergency. Further, we understand that, during the Fire Department’s attendance at your home, you have engaged in inappropriate and lewd conduct towards Fire Department staff.
The Township takes this matter, including your misuse of Township emergency services, and the safety and wellbeing of its staff, very seriously. Your conduct has created, among other things, an inappropriate and unsafe environment for Fire Department staff. Further, your frequent non-emergency calls to the Fire Department have put an unnecessary strain on Township resources. This is not acceptable to the Township, and will not be tolerated going forward.
