All cases were dismissed and Ms Yaniv was ordered to pay costs to them. Miriam Yaniv is almost always with Jessica. She attends all the court cases and Jessica drives Miriam where ever she needs to go. Jessica even attempted to join a Surrey BC ISO baby sitters Facebook page. They blocked her when they were alerted to their past.
