This is going to be part one of many. When you are dealing with Jessica Yaniv, it’s not just him that’s large but also his 100s of pages of bull shit court filings. Over the years, it has become obvious that Yaniv has an extremely overinflated image of himself. He thinks he is better than everyone; he thinks he is smarter, more intelligent and more successful than anyone else. His similarly rabid mother has reinforced this. Saying no once in a while would have been a start, Miriam. Sorry we must break it to you, Jonboy, but you are not. You are on a lower rung than DFS and less likeable.
In our last article, we brought the news and pictures of Yaniv’s arrest. We made no speculation as to why or what happened. It is telling then that Yaniv thought he could deny it ever happened despite photographic evidence. It was quickly pointed out that it is called catch and release and something he was well used to experiencing now.
If that wasn’t enough to convince you that he is full of himself, the self-styled brain of Canada also started posting that because of the picture of the arrest that never happened and was fake, he had for the millionth time worked out who is arch nemesis Langley Resident was. Way to go, John, that shows us who is stupid!
John – You do not know who LR is for the millionth time. You have been closer to a shower than LR, and you have the self-control of Guy, the gorilla (yes, I know he is dead, but it’s the closest there is). You would have waddled around with Mum and had a diabetic attack on someone.
So now we have established that Yaniv is indeed the brain of Canada and better than all of us in any way, we can introduce the content of the next few articles, which are based on his completely unhinged lawsuit against the Crown in the name of King Charles. Because only we really stupid people wouldn’t launch a court case to the value of CAD $1.5million to circumvent an already standing court order, intimidate witnesses that he is under bail conditions not to harass, demand the sacking of police officers who arrested him & interfere with not only his own criminal trial but his mums sentencing.
Of course, he thinks his victims are stupid. I am betting that they and their entire Strata wouldn’t possibly be stupid enough to seek legal advice and report this outrageous intimidation of witnesses to the police and the courts. After all, they are elderly and stressing and harassing elderly people is a perfectly normal thing to do, and it isn’t at all likely that there could be tragic responses to it.
And Jonny Boy – If your actions cause any of the residents of your Mums Strata harm, I will personally see to it that you are charged with the highest possible crime. Ignorance is not a defence. You are being warned here that your behaviour could lead to the death or permanent disablement of one of those lovely people from a stroke or heart attack. You won’t get away with it.
