We’re still waiting for the courts to publish the official record of what happened but here is what we know from firsthand accounts:
· John showed up walking this time wearing a hideous orange dress.
· When it began John applied to the judge to have a CART interpreter. This is for the hearing impaired. He already applied for this earlier and was told to have one all he needs to do is write in advance and one would be made available. The judge questioned this as he was clearly hearing fine to this point. His application to have a cart interpreter was denied.
· Rexy the service dog shockingly lost control in the court room and began to hump the judge. The sheriff had to be called to handle Rexy.
· Rexy was declared to not be a real service dog by the judge because of this.
· As Rexy is not a service dog his lawsuit suing Mr Orman Peroz and his kebob restaurant was thrown out.
· Mr Peroz was told to proceed with his counter suit and the judge gave him instructions on how to adjust it to make is more sound legally.
· The judge found that John’s actions were racially motivated and likely violated Mr. Peroz’s human rights. As a result has asked Mr Peroz to file a new lawsuit again John in the BCHRT. How poetic. He was pointed to BCHRT on the basis the Judge found Yaniv to have been racially motivated. This is different to the actual counterclaim and gives Kebob 2 bites at the cherry.

I would guess Ketamine was used on Rexy. Special K, used as a anasthetic would quickly calm a dog of Rexy’s size. Firstly, I would like to congratulate Mr. Omran Peroz for winning the equivalent of The World Cup soccer final, a gold medal in the Olympic Decathlon and The Ashes in Test Cricket all rolled into one with a win against Jonny the fudpucker Yaniv.
Now fat Jon, forget the A.I. ap, it’s about as much use as a hip pocket on a singlet. Insisting that Mr. Peroz was not a Muslim was the worst legal move you’ve ever made, and filing a three hundred point legal response and listing precedents that the judge didn’t even read came in a close second.
Mate, you need to go to a law school or a university and study up on the law because this case showed once and for all that when it comes to the law you’re way out of your depth. You wasted about two weeks filing that crap when you could have been cleaning up one of the streets you sponsored or over at your Mums place treating all the elderly people like computers and punching information into them.
Your whole case was based on Rexy being a service dog, now there is a clear precedent in the future to quote when fatso tries to sue another business and that precedent is Peroz v. Yaniv 2023.
I must congratulate Rexy for his role in this, he’s obviously a pure bred and very fussy, he likes to root high maintenance legs like a judges. The reason this happened is that because behind closed doors, fat Jon has been having some sexy-time with Rexy. The dog wants to root anything that moves and if it doesn’t move it will push it.
This is also the first time in the world that a court case has been lost because the applicants dog starting rooting the judge, this then rooted his whole case in about three seconds flat.
What a shame we never got to hear Jon give evidence or cross examine Mr. Peroz, I was certainly looking forward to Jon proving that Mr. Peroz was only claiming to be a Muslim to attack Jon’s trans rights.
So now Jon has to face the music but he’ll be OK because he’s had so much legal training that he’s almost a lawyer. Mr. Peroz is onto a good thing. I hear that once he gets his 35 grand he’s going to completely redecorate his restaurant.
