A Loan Shark or Miriam, Who Has Better Rates?

This is a quick update on the almighty mess Jessica Yaniv Simpson has found himself in following a major loss to his Strata. You can read about that here.

If Jessica Jonathon Yaniv Simpson thought by telling the BC Civil Resolution Tribunal member Megan Stewart that he could not (and would not) pay his Strata the $3,205.57 as ordered on June 12, 2024, that he could just walk away unscathed, he has just learnt that he is not the legal expert he claims to be. He has also just learnt what fuck around, find out means when you try to victimize people who have resources to fight back. His strata is not composed of WOC, whose English is a second language, and whom he can bully into silence and extort money from. Nor can he claim Transphobia, his favourite victim description.

Jonny lost big on June 12, but the strata had to wait 30 days before moving to force payment, which they filed for on July 24, followed by the certification of the judgment on July 29. Jonny’s refusal will now cost him more than just the initial judgment. Daily interest will be charged on the amount, and he will also be responsible for any further fees connected with the judgment. Interest to date has been added to the judgment in the amount of $71.68. In addition, the strata can place a lien on his condo, which we understand is coming up for mortgage renewal this fall. Mortgage lenders hate liens.

The question now becomes, where will Jonny get the money? From his student loans or from his mother, Miriam Yaniv? Is there an expense line in the student loan application for paying off liens and legal judgments? Or will he promote his rotting meat pocket on Only Fans? Please let us know in the comments below.
