New Dress Same Old Racist Liar. Courthouse Madness.

This breaking news story was supposed to be a simple rundown on Jessica Yaniv Simpson’s application to end probation early. This is in regards to the conviction for false alarm of fire at Miriam’s strata which put the entire building of seniors at risk. But it is what happened outside the courtroom that is the bigger story today.

With a huge thank you to Kari Simpson we give you these not so shocking but explosive details. Before even entering the courtroom Yaniv who was accompanied by Miriam who is now using a walker, went berserk upon seeing Kari and started shouting profanities at her. This was in full view of random folks, Sheriff’s and RCMP and while Sheriff’s ushered Yaniv, in an apparently new floral frock, back the RCMP Officer escorted Kari safely inside the courtroom but not before several of the randoms expressed their concern and shock with her and ensured she was ok. Rexy was of course present but thankfully did not bite anyone. We will cover the proceedings first.

Yaniv and Miriam arrived under the Sheriff’s watchful eye and already Yaniv had of course set off the ridiculous huge personal alarm and so the lights were flashing and it was beeping loudly. Keep in mind this is in a courthouse full of Sheriffs and RCMP so the need to set off the alarm which immediately dials 911 is nothing more than attention seeking and the ever present need to be a victim of something. Kari noted that there was a female RCMP officer in the room and was taking notes but it is unknown if this was just a coincidence. This hearing was to cancel the probation order so that Yaniv can enter the strata to care for both Miriam and Ilana who Yaniv claims are both having surgery in the very near future. Due to them being both of fixed income Yaniv claims hiring a care nurse is not possible. Yaniv stood up at the very start and said there were some housekeeping matters and went on to accuse Kari of recording the hearing. The Judge did not seem to take the bait and simply reminded everyone that recording of any kind is prohibited. Yaniv then interrupted again and said that the Judge should know that woman, while pointing at Kari, has just had a police caution. Blatant lie obviously referring to the officer that responded to his personal alarm and was simply the officer speaking to both Yaniv and Kari to ascertain the situation and was not in any way an actual caution. Kari did confirm that Jessie had started yet another police report on this interaction. Ridiculous.

Crown’s position was that there is obviously ongoing concern from residents that when Jessie is allowed to return to being inside and having to interact with the residents that the same issues of violence and upheaval will occur. Crown also wanted it on the record that Jessie has been seen on numerous occasions recently sitting in the UBCmobile in the strata parking lot and it is causing some upset to residents who feel intimidated and somewhat afraid. It should be noted that prior to the incidents of February 2022, the Yaniv clan, particularly Jessie had adversely affected the physical and mental well being of several residents. In fact one affected elderly gentleman had a stroke after one contentious interaction. Crown therefore vehemently opposed any changes to the current conditions and stated that any benefit of post surgery support would be surely outweighed by the trouble Yaniv would create and that the strata is “bracing themselves for the end of the order” and that “members have started a fund to force the sale of the unit”. I don’t think we need to state just how huge a deal that is! The outcome of the hearing was that Yaniv was unprepared to fully argue the merits of ending the probation so the court struck this application and Yaniv will need to refile.

Now for the truly shocking showdown that happened once court had adjourned. Unfortunately Rebel News Journalist Drea Humphrey, who was the target again yesterday of Jessie’s vile racism via the newly created sock account grossly named @KFCMonkey, was late in arriving and missed the pre court antics. She did arrive just in time to witness Yaniv and Miriam exit the courthouse at which point Yaniv lost the plot completely and screamed the hard R, N word at her several times in front of a few shocked Sheriffs! Kari called them over to ensure they would be there to watch everyone leave. Yaniv was again on the phone to RCMP and was demanding they attend and that there would be ‘a fight with the people outside”. Yaniv was still hurling obscenities and name calling and flashed a picture of Drea’s son at her in an attempt to elicit the type of insane response we see from the Yaniv’s but really all that did was provide further proof that KFCMonkey is Yaniv. Yaniv also screamed to Kari that “your friend is going to jail’ referring to Donald while Miriam was bending over and slapping herself on the ass and proving to everyone that the walker was nothing more than a sympathy prop. Drea has just as we are about to hit publish, released the video on her X account and if this does not result in at the very least a breach of probation but what should be a hate crime charge then we know that something is amiss with our legal system.

The funniest part of everything was that Yaniv told the Judge that the previous Crown Prosecutor named “Sawyer or something” must have issues with his email server because all of Yaniv’s numerous emails were getting bounced right back. Kari has told us that her emails to him all go through which means that the Crown has very likely blocked our pre law legal eagle Jessie!
