Jessica Yaniv Simpsons August Wrap Up

Jessica Yaniv Racism

Jonny Yaniv’s August can be summed up in three words—three words that just happened to be Donald Francis Smith. All through the month, even while he was using his service dog scam on local businesses and restaurants, attempting to set up Indo-Canadian businesses for human rights complaints, and fraudulently identifying as a disability activist, the obsession with Smith was always just below the surface.

August started with Jonny trying to insert himself into a legitimate service dog protest. The blind protestors targeted a restaurant owned by a local family that operated several different eateries. Preening with his usual bad case of main character syndrome, he talked about being in contact with them, causing them to “correct” their behaviour. Jonny’s reputation as a schnorr was cemented by his behaviour on
August 2 was the soft opening of a local restaurant. The restaurant offered a free meal as a promotion and a way of getting feedback on its menu. Normal people do not order one or more of everything on the menu AND ACTUALLY EAT IT ALL. You can imagine the comments made by the restaurant staff and the other patrons, who were also disgusted by Rexy’s non-service dog behaviour.

On August 3, Jonny and his AI tried one final kick at academic X engagement. His word salad did get a sort of response from the original author until another scientist corrected her and Jonny. Also, on August 3, Smith slipped and hit his head, causing a minor injury. Jonny immediately went online when this came out, thanking whoever had physically attacked and injured Smith. He also started using cartoon characters with red hair to mock and implicitly threaten Kari Simpson, Smith’s lay advocate.

The following day, he posted an ad from a local business that specializes in Indigenous food. This sparked a lot of sarcasm about whether or not he could even recognize the pictured food, let alone have ever consumed it. He also announced that he was the “campus ambassador” of an app targeting students. It is one of those, and if you sell it, you get a free subscription to the app. Since there has been no further posting about it or how successful he is, we will assume that nothing more came of it. As usual, he got the freebies without doing the work. At least he didn’t have to use the disabled, Metis, trans line.

The following few weeks, he was busy promoting himself as Langley’s disabled activist, making sure that service dogs are allowed into, you guessed it, restaurants when he was not stalking Smith online and harassing the RCMP to arrest for probation breaches, which Jonny fabricated.

In retrospect, August 7 may be the day when the courts dismantled Jonny’s carefully constructed narrative about Smith. The judge not only lifted the publication ban (thanks to Rebel News lawyers), but lifted the restrictions placed on Smith, with the comment that  Jonny has misled the court. However, the Ontario restrictions and publication ban are still in place for now, so Jonny is trying to get Smith arrested and sent back to Ontario. Despite his wild claims of being in fear for his life from Smith, it is doubtful that the police, who are busy investigating serious gun crimes, will follow up other than taking reports no matter how many times a day he calls.

In the evening, Rebel News reported about getting the publication ban lifted and a summary of Jonny’s obsessive harassment of Smith. His carefully constructed image as a victim was shredded. He stewed over it for a couple of days and then, on the 11th, posted a threat to Drea and her child, which he quickly deleted but not before it was screen-captured and forwarded to Drea. The RCMP is now following up that threat and will probably be added to another case where he threatened another woman AND HER CHILD. Jonny has a pattern. He hates strong women and attempts to shut them up by threatening their children.

The following day, in a manic frenzy, Jonny began posting about Smith, giving locations where he thought Smith was, offering a $100 reward for information on Smith’s location that could lead to an arrest. He also posted unsourced recipes, offering Fraser Health advice on reducing ER wait times (him not overusing and abusing it was not one of the suggestions), resources on suing the police, complaints about transphobia, COVID-19, etc, etc. Anything to divert attention from the previous day’s loss.

Much to the amusement of the netizens, August was the month, Jonny declared himself a cybersecurity expert and a criminology researcher. Use your imagination to see how biting and hilarious the comments were.

But even bigger things were to come for him as a digital content creator. Yes, August 9 was the day that he posted the career-killing video on how to butter corn the LBGTQ way. The comments on his creation were also hilarious, but observers were also concerned that it was a local, public pool with children around. An aroused Jonny in the presence of children is not a good thing.

Also, on the 9th, showing great cyber sleuthing skills, he concluded that Smith was back in Ontario – Windsor. In fact, Jonny tagged the Windsor police to arrest him. He had automatically assumed that because Smith had posted a couple of pictures of Windsor, that is where he was. When he was called out & mocked, he responded by accusing Smith of stealing photos and claiming them as his own. COUGH COUGH Jonny – recipes, plagiarized academic papers, stolen SM posts, we could go on, but everyone knows your reputation. You could say that the sky is blue and no one would believe you, which is probably what happened when you attempted to lay charges for libel and defamation against BillBoard Chris for calling you a man later that day. You are right, Jonny. You are not a man. You are a castrated eunuch even though you are XY.

He spent the rest of the day trying to interject himself into the activities of several Ontario activist posts. He was ignored and ratioed, or the posts he responded to were deleted. He continues trying to get engagement by attempting to frame Smith as a racist. The only response was from JediBlonde calling him out. More on Jedi to come. He seems to be actively hunting for anything negative online that he can tie Smith to, but he is unsurprisingly ignored.

On August 11, Meghan Murphy, another name on Jonny’s ever-expanding enemies list, made an appearance. She is part of the Freedom of Speech speakers’ series, which will be held in Victoria on September 24.
Jonny, of course, wants to shut it down, calling out to his “fam”. His “fam” has disowned him, but he will probably try to attend it online as he did with the gender symposium last October, where he was ignored despite threatening to sue and just generally making an ass of himself. The next few days, as a testament to how lonely is life has become, Jonny spent time engaging with online scammers, following Joe & Deana’s antics in Ontario, stealing recipes, and trying to get invited to be appointed to the New West Pride’s Accessibility Advisory Committee because “I know quite a bit about accessibility”—no response from NWP to his post.

On August 15, in a now-deleted (but we have the screenshots), Jonny started to complain to @SkechersUSA about the treatment his “profoundly deaf and disabled” mother and aunt received at the Langley store. He accused the store staff of being racist. It smelt of the usual Yaniv clan shakedown and many posted and warned Skechers to that effect. Despite that, Skechers asked him to DM them. He also claimed to have started legal action against them but provided no evidence. It was probably either in the BCCRT or the BCHRT. It’s mostly likely the BCCRT is looking for yet another payout.

Also, on the 15th, he proudly posted a picture of the working dog license he fraudulently obtained from the Langley Animal Protection Society. Several posters on X pointed out that while the society licensed dogs for Langley, it had no authority to certify what was and was not a service dog. It was suggested that this was the set-up for another scam since the licence would hold no legal weight in the upcoming dog bite lawsuit. In less than 24 hours, they were proven right when the Yaniv clan travelling as a gang (mother, aunt & 2 faux service dogs) went to Rib Fest Langley and were met with resistance. Jonny took to X to complain in a now-deleted post that the security team doing their jobs was disgusting and discriminatory, implying that he was going to go the BCHRT. He also tagged in the Langley RCMP to show those rent-a-cops a thing or two. He was also furious that posts began commenting on all the “equipment” on Rexy’s back, only to make it worse by admitting that it weighed 25 pounds and does shift around.

Jonny spent the following weekend contacting everyone he could find in Smith’s Instagram photos, claiming that Smith was a dangerous criminal stalker taking and posting their pictures without permission, which was a lie. Smith had obtained consent from each of them, and Jonny’s actions proved who was the real criminal stalker. Also of note was that while he was trying to scam free food from various restaurants such as the Langley Foodie, he warned an SSI soup kitchen that Smith goes to that he was dangerous and should be banned.

On Sunday, he also made a cryptic post (since deleted) about a wedding venue Farm on Salt Spring Island. He is signalling that he knows where Smith probably gets gig work as a dishwasher. It is unknown if he also contacted them to ensure that Smith can no longer pick up jobs there. Jonny uses this pattern of behaviour to try to intimidate people. In the past, he would openly threaten people. Since that behaviour is returning to haunt him, he has modified his behaviour, just posting numbers as he did on August 28. This type of behaviour has been unsurprisingly diagnosed as psychotic, but he has been doing it since his teens.

The 18th also saw him start another accessibility scam on Meta against a new Langley restaurant, which opened the following day. Numerous people contacted the restaurant and warned them about Jonny’s history. The restaurant basically told him to fuck off, so of course, he left a nasty review and started his campaign as the Langley Disability Advocate posting pages and pages of AI-generated word salad that both the local businesses and the legitimate disability advocates and organizations have pretty much ignored.

Monday, which seems to have been manic again (apologies to the Bangles), for Jonny was starting what can only be described as a teenage boy attempting to create an online marketing campaign for his favourite
restaurant, Olive Garden. Despite all the sexual innuendoes, it was atrocious, but people had fun responding. When your sex life as a “lesbian.”

The following day, he went on a tirade on X and Meta (gave a bad review, of course) about a dog grooming place. Apparently, he had booked an appointment for Miriam’s dog in July for November, but they cancelled because of staffing issues FOUR MONTHS IN ADVANCE. Jonny was livid that they were cancelling, as he put “last minute”. The online pushback was immediate, so someone who knows how to use AI created a new version of the picture with Jonny’s features.

In the next few days, Jonny may or may not (posting old photos) spend time at the universities’ pools with Rexy. Noticing children in the background, people immediately began reaching out to the pool administrators about Jonny’s history, as no doubt he insisted on using the women’s and family change rooms. Although he denied it, he was not driving 2 hours to the campus pools because he had been banned from the local one.

August 26 and 27 were court days in Ontario. Due to a publication ban, we cannot comment on the proceedings. We can, however, comment on Jonny’s reaction to his temporary win and subsequent behaviour. Since nearly all of the participants were in BC, it was a Zoom-based hearing. Because Jonny previously complained about transphobia and being afraid of being attacked, the court insisted that everyone who was on Zoom turn on their cameras and present identification.

One of the participants refused and, before they signed off, explained that they were afraid that Jonny would use that personal information to harass them after court. The judge thanked the person but seemed to believe that as it is against the law to screenshoot, the court that Jonny would obey the law. Another example is the court totally getting Jonny wrong. He took that information and began harassing and threatening people in real life. For instance, on the 28th, he posted what he claimed was an AI-generated picture of the farm where Smith was taking refuge, suggesting that transphobes lived there trying to hide. He got the real picture of the farm from the background when Smith was on camera and merely had his AI clean up the image – adding and deleting items, changing colours, etc.

After court on the 26th, he posted several mocking pictures & messages of what we assume are Kari Simpson, Smith and Smith’s friend, where he is staying. He also started digging about into the friend’s life. He also made a couple of posts (now deleted ) encouraging SFU REM students to harass Smith via grafitti and posters. More petty and weird posts made people believe that the first day in court did not go well for him, and he was lashing out in frustration.

He must have been having a day the following Tuesday, right in the middle of him LARPING as a Swiftie, he posted (now deleted of course) an insult post to the Friends of Donald using his favourite insult picture, that it a young man with Down’s Syndrome. People were getting tired of him using that picture when he wanted to insult someone as a “little retarded autistic”, But he must have turned things around as the night of the 27 in full victory mode, he posted a number (now deleted) victory & threatening messages as well as sending food orders. This is the same behaviour he did when he was in disputes with people at his old complex and his current Strata. He always picks businesses owned by Indo-Canadians. BTW, this is a behaviour that people grow out by the time they are 16 unless they have lost the genetic lottery.

Using the information he got from the court, he began to drop hints the next day he knew where people lived or their phone numbers by posting an identify the number game. We have to admit the only we got right was the bra size that he wished his arm and chest fat could be squeezed into.

But he was also furious that the ongoing complaints about his mistreatment of Rexy were starting to get some traction with the local animal welfare agencies. He immediately began accusing everyone of being transphobic, ignoring the genuine documented evidence of his abuse. The latest round of accusations based on the tapes of him sexually abusing Rexy triggered threats of having individuals criminally charged for harassment. Telling the truth is not criminal harassment yet in BC.

To drive home how angry he was and how much he had the law on his side, he issued a Cease and Desist order to Ryan Ellison via X. Everyone stop laughing. He probably could not afford the fees to get such an order through the courts and have it adequately served. He put up Ryan’s physical address and threatened to lay charges with the Langley RCMP. He is there, so we have to ask if he has a designated parking space. Is there a parking sign for Vexatious Litigant, or would he park in the handicapped spot (if available) and waddle on in?

August 30 was interesting, and observers were divided as to whether the Yaniv clan took a long weekend road trip to Salt Spring Island to stalk and harass Smith and Ellison. One side says no; he is just using old pictures from Salt Spring and stock hotel pictures to make it look like he was there. There is no way he could afford it, even though his student loan for the fall term had already been deposited.

Jessica Yaniv Stalking

The other side said he was there, looking to be waiting in the soup kitchen to provoke a confrontation or going to Ellson’s farm to park on a public road and watch. This is a harassment tactic that the Yanivs have used in the past. There are pictures, Jonny! As proof that the Yanis were actually on SSI, they cite how upset he got when it was pointed out that his condo was empty in case anyone wanted to rob or vandalize it. He called the RCMP in a panic. The truth will probably not come out for a while. If the scheme to provoke Smith was successful, then yes, the Yanivs were on SSI for a day. If it was not successful, then no, they weren’t, and he could claim to be successful in trolling the trolls.

August ended with Jonny claiming on his local Meta crime watch page (I know the irony) that Miriam had been flashed (RCMP advise Frankenfanny counts as flashing). There were immediate questions about whether it had happened (not posted on X) or if he was using someone else’s complaint. Come on, Jess, your mother was just flashed; all you can do is take a picture with your cell phone. We can see you being too fat and out of shape to go after him, but neither did you call 911 or turn Rexy loose on him. Not a person of colour? He ended the day by showing that he still has not mastered visual AI in the two creations that, on the surface, were created to support Deana Sherif, who got arrested for breaching her probation conditions in Ontario but in reality were created so that he could add the line Arrest DFS under Free Deana.

September’s start has been wild. Jedi Blonde has turned on Jonny and is releasing six years of material—snaps, texts, emails, videos, and DMs. Verifiable details will be put on the MM and summarized in next month’s wrap-up.

there are so many references to this and that now deleted but archived posts all over the place . why not include those in the wrap up? so many things would make sense. as of now, it’s just words without context. if there is not a ban on posting them, put them Up!!

Because there is so much information to go through, so many court documents, literally hundreds to compile and put in the right order, then read through, break it down into layman for the readers and then write up the story. Personally, I would rather the story be written as a whole and and not fed to us in dribs and drabs as the material is read, and compiled

It was also the summer holiday meow mix is a group of volunteers and many of us have children, work commitments and or health issues.

Shoulders to the mill wheel now, though, now that summer is over. Life changes again and we move forward in time.

I know you guys live outside of MM and I’m grateful for what get posted, it was just an observation of mine that goes along with “a picture is worth a thousand words”

A local claims they say fatboy walking Rexy (I know that’s hard to believe) and that Rexy didn’t have any of the usual sevice dog vests or collars on. Maybe he’s been warned by authorities to stop the fraud.

  3. Mother Marie

Odd that because speaking as a strong woman and mother if you want to hate on strong women then don’t threaten her children. Cause you may just find out to your detriment just how strong that woman actually is. Women have lifted cars off their own children to save them, I’d have no problem lifting up FatBerg and launching him into the sound had he threatened my children. Unpleasant little bastard isn’t it.
