Miriam Altmann Yaniv was arrested on Saturday October 3rd, 2026 for threatening to burn down her seniors’ strata complex. The actual charge was breach of recognizance.
Mad Miriam is the mother of Jonathan Gill Yaniv, now legally known as Jessica Serenity Simpson or that “waxmyballs” guy or as MM have named him Death-Fat Jon.
Mad Miriam posted bail on Monday October 5th, 2026 for what appears to be $250 CAD. I guess the courts have to go easy on broke people, or they would never get out on bail? MM wonder how she handled 2 nights in jail? Was she stripped and deloused? Laying naked on the cell floor murmuring in Hebrew? Too bad no cell room footage has leaked.
Then again this is nothing new. Mad Miriam‘s criminal records are almost as bad as Death-Fat Jon‘s. She probably enjoys being in a cell with criminals. Mad Miriam‘s court date to fix a date for the breach charges is scheduled for October 26, 2026.
JANUARY 2026 ORDER WAS BREACHED
Miriam was out on her own recognizance from the July 31, 2025 charges – when she was paddled by the Canadian court for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and assault and “a fear of injury/damage to person/property” and that all ties into the trumped up fake claim that Death-Fat Jon‘s ankles were destroyed by Pomeranian dog in Mad Miriam’s senior building.
These assault and uttering threats charges, are some of the same charges her son has faced in the past – a Yaniv family tradition. Mazel Tov! MM wonder if they had some illegal tasers on them when they went driving to another city to harass a woman and her child at their front door?
Assaulting people is their favourite thing.
Many people thought Miriam’s arrest might be related to her September 27 behaviour caught on security camera. MM speculate Death-Fat Jon was obviously prematurely anxious for a real life confrontation with a real woman, that he could tape, post and sue over, that in the end he got, as they say, hoisted on his own petard. Death-Fat Jon has always been impotent.
Mad Miriam’s latest psychotic behaviour may finally push her strata into starting forced sale proceedings against her. She has become a public safety issue for the rest of the building – ignoring no contact orders and harassing and threatening other residents. There have been concerning reports about her behaviour in the strata’s common areas. No wonder, her only “friends” are her sister and her son but because of Death-Fat Jon‘s threatening and violent behaviour, her son has been banned from the senior complex.
Rumour also has it that she is no longer welcome at her local Jewish community centre. Oy Vey! It’s okay though, Death-Fat Jon says they are Métis Christians now.
