Jessica Jonathan Yaniv Simpson v. Rebel News – round whatever they are at now – has the hearing for the 2021 claim CS-005654 is set for January 4-8, 2027 – information is on the PUBLIC BC HRT hearing schedule for the next 90 days.
As previously recorded on the LEGAL TIMELINE (which MM will update) this is a forever affair between Death-Fat Jon and Rebel News. Death-Fat Jon has filed endless claims agains the media outlet, and has physically assaulted 2 reporters, and called another female reporter the N-Word on video while posting and threatening the woman’s children and home address.
Rebel News has previously been successful in their court run-ins with Death-Fat Jon. MM and the world wish Rebel News all the best of success with this one.

Of note, the previously reported EMPLOYMENT LABOUR case with Roadside Assistance that was due for a hearing November 2-3, 2026 seems to have disappeared from the hearing list.
Either the case was dropped, the case was settled out, or BC HRT is protecting Yaniv and has hidden the hearing information.
