Jessica Yanivs June/July 2024 Wrap Up

Jonny’s 2024 so far can be quickly summarized as criminal court cases, civil court cases, threats of more court cases, failed service dog extortion scams, the criminal harassment of Donald Francis Smith, and online threats to many others despite being on probation. He also emerged as a Swiftie, joining Taylor Swift fan sites that target young girls, much to the consternation of many BC parents with such daughters.

Jonny started June with an online threat to Barb Doduk on June 5. Doduk, a Metis woman, has been incensed that Jonny, an Ashkenazi Jew, has been claiming to be Metis to be in a position to take advantage of any government, academic, or health programs developed for them.

On June 6, the legal firm for Southwestern Flowtech & Environmental Ltd and Estella Cumyn filed an amended response to the original December 9, 2022, response to Jonny’s August 2022  traffic accident lawsuit.  Reading through the amended response, you have to wonder if new information has come to light regarding Jonny’s driving record and pre-existing conditions Perhaps, a witness has stepped forward. Either way, Jonny did not get the easy money he thought he would get from ICBC and the company’s insurance 2 years ago. He could end up paying legal fees, costs, and penalties.

June 12, 2024, will always be remembered (and celebrated by Jonny’s Strata neighbours). The British Columbia Civil Resolution Tribunal issued a decision that was so unusual that it was even added to the Canadian Legal Information Institute (CanLII) website. As a side note, this website is used by lawyers, legal professionals, law faculties, and the general public, with an average of over 30,000 visits per day. Unsurprising, just about all of Jonny’s interactions with the BC Justice and Tribunal systems are included, making (in our opinion) his acceptance by any Canadian Law faculty moot. Briefly, not only did the adjudicator award the Strata some of its costs but also issued a very unusual rebuke to Jonny for his behaviour. In particular, his attempts to mislead the Tribunal and to smear the Strata as a way to influence the entire process. It must have been quite a circus to witness. It is well worth a read, particularly sections 48, 49 and 50. Jonny was ordered to pay $62.50 (half the Strata’s CRT fees) and $3205.57 (half the Strata’s legal fees). As a bonus, the Strata is entitled to post-judgment interest.

Interestingly that same evening, Jonny chose to pretend he hadn’t just been handed his ass at the CRT by joining a Space hosted by TRA Kelly Cadigan on X. There were just a dozen or so attendees composed of mostly pals of Kelly’s and then Jonny and his sidekick Anastasia. Jonny entered the conversation by breaking in and asking a woman named Ruby where her balls were and if they were waxed. One trick, pony Yaniv. At this point, most did not recognize him due to the AI profile pic he uses, but when he then said, “Kelly has no idea who the fuck I am”, Kelly replied, “Yes, I do; I see your Twitter replies” and the others quickly realized who he was with one saying “wow it’s THE Jessica Simpson” and Jon said “does wax my balls…” trailing off but announcing precisely who he was for the few that were confused. He then claimed he “took down Blaire White, remember,” and said he got arrested because of it. He was then largely ignored as they moved on to discussing Kelly’s mania. The next day, Kelly issued a statement that she had no idea it was Jessica Yaniv and disavowed any connection, claiming that Jessica is a predator who likes children. Several others replied to it with disgust and condemnation that they’d been in the Space with him as well.

Jonny did not acknowledge his loss but carried on until June 20 with his usual posting of recipes and attempting to again interact with famous online personalities. It was noted with some amusement that one in particular, Kelly Cadigan, began to delete any post that Jonny had replied to and then reposted it so as to not have him stink up her timeline.  On June 20, a former strata resident posted about why he sold his condo and that Rexy had attacked his dog twice. Jonny immediately posted a defamation lawsuit threat – delete it or I  will sue. The post is still up and the former resident has signed an affidavit for the Strata’s lawyers.

More threats were made on June 22 when Barb Doduk published proof that he was not Metis but was, in fact, of Ashkenazi Jewish descent.

Jonny is now putting up more food & recipe posts than reposting academic posts. In June, he posted 44 recipes but only four academic posts. It has been pointed out that he seems to repost now while trying to interact with the author(s) whenever he gets called stupid or dumb.  Dance, monkey dance.

Everyone was waiting to see if Jonny would pay up in July before the 30-day BCCRT  deadline. But that was the least of Jonny’s legal dramas in July; for those wondering why our coverage has been sparse, it is because Jonny has manipulated the court into granting him Publication Bans. We can report on what was publicly witnessed on July 5 in the Vancouver courthouse but not what went on in the courtroom. We can safely assume that it may have had something to do with Donald Francis Smith based on Jonny’s online harassment of various police departments that had not arrested Smith when Jonny demanded it. Whenever Smith went online during July, Jonny would report it as a breach of Smith’s probation. They weren’t, as Smith remained free despite Jonny trying to entrap him into actual breaches. He then posted the names of people who support  Smith, demanding they should be blocked on Facebook & other SM. All that accomplished was more people began to support Smith online, especially when Jonny began to post all the pride celebrations – Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Chilliwack that he would be at in a further attempt to draw Smith out.

According to reports from people who were actually at these celebrations, Jonny did not show up at any Pride events in any city. They were relieved that he did not show up as he had been told he was not welcome and no one wanted a scene. He did not claim to have gone, nor did he post any pictures of him and Miriam like he had the last time he attended Pride pre-Covid.  Still desperate to find Smith and cause trouble for him before the next court date, Jonny began trying to find where Smith might be employed to get him fired. He has done this in Alberta, Ontario and again in BC now that Smith is back. He has reportedly phoned restaurants all over the island asking if Donald Smith works there. Smith usually works as a dishwasher, unlike Jonny, who is on various income (aka welfare) and disability supports. This allows Smith to pay his rent and to pursue his photography with dignity and pride. If Smith ever applied for any of the same supports that Jonny is on, he would be approved as he has very real disabilities not symptoms memorized from Google searches.

On July 8, the Pro-Palestinian protest camp at the University of British Columbia was dismantled, and various media published pictures. Since Jonny was probably on campus, he immediately hustled his fat ass over to the window, which was a very safe distance away for a brave activist to take pictures on his cell phone, which he promptly offered up to the media. Unsurprisingly, there were no takers. They were terrible, even without the fence overlay. They broke the first rule of photojournalism – tell a story. They didn’t.  They were dull and irrelevant. He was trying to prove his point that Smith was not a photojournalist and a lousy photographer despite being asked at least twice by heritage media if they could use his work. It should be noted that Smith did not approach the media,  representatives approached him after seeing his work posted online. Jonny’s jealousy is toxic.

Everyone waiting for the court filings appeared on the BC CSO on July 24 when the lawyers for the strata filed to force payment, followed by the Certification of Judgement on the  29th. At Jonny’s cost, his strata can now place a lien on the unit. It can cost hundreds of dollars to put a lien on, and 100’s to remove one. Having a lien on your unit will also affect your mortgage renewal. Jonny already has 2, one of which is due for renewal this fall.  July saw a drop in the number of recipes posted to a mere 17, which may have been a response to the Internet calling him out for not crediting the sources. His academic reposts dropped to 3, but his unattributed virtue signalling posts rose to 6, including a particularly egregious one about online AI or photoshop photo editing. He just threw it up with a bit of cutting and pasting and no acknowledgement of the original author, Sujatha Mudadia. Just some more of his casual racism.

Jonny’s legal dance card for August is starting to fill up, and we will be here to give a brief recap.

I wish I could be a spectator to the forthcoming dumpster fire in BC court. these publication bans have no basis in fact and once again the system is bending a knee to a thrice criminally convicted dickless degenerate eunuch.
Canada should be more like the UK who are finally waking up against one horrid scourge, it won’t be long before the others in the UK who need some authority meted out against them face the music. I’m looking at you Golf Club Tony. Back to Jon, at 35 or so athletes hit a plateau and go down from there, most folks drive and go power starts to diminish at 35, I hope it’s not long until the Loony Langley Eunuch feels this same thing and lightens up his overreaching use of public resources. I don’t think he’ll ever stop as his financial state is one of chaos, he needs that $35k win x 10 to stay alive. I can’t wait until the dog bite trial. Is there any word on that?
