Every day I wake up is a day where Jessica Yaniv Simpson finds a new low. Today? Crying J needs the Judge that crushed his hate campaign against DFS (who we admit is troubled himself) to delay DFS’s costs application.
Jon says he needs two to three months to obtain defense counsel. This tells me he’s scared. He didn’t need counsel to sue DFS. He didn’t need counsel to file several applications against DFS. He didn’t need counsel to respond to DFS. But now that DFS was INVITED to apply for costs against him he needs counsel. Jon knows the game is up.
Not only that, but to emphasize his “distress”, he’s saying he needs a service dog (which he does not have now and is unlikely to have any time soon) because he claims DFS caused PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
I laughed out loud when I saw Jon whining about DFS being “derogatory. As a reminder, Jon’s response to DFS’s application called him “delusionable” and “psychotic”.
Jon’s application will be heard at 2:00 pm, June 7, 2021 – the exact scheduled time as DFS’s costs hearing. The way I see this happening is they’ll all show up at the courthouse that day – MeowMix friends included – and Jon will demand the application be thrown out. We will see what Judge Hamilton does. The fact is none of this would have happened if Jon had kept his trap shut to begin with and didn’t sue DFS, so I don’t think he deserves much chance to defend himself against the repercussions of his own actions.
I’ll post an updated PDF as soon as I receive it but the picture below shows the details. At the time of this writing, I can say that DFS has not been served with Yaniv’s most recent application and Yaniv was given instructions by the court to serve DFS yesterday, June 3, or today, June 4. I’m not sure what will happen should he fail to do so.
UPDATE: Hard to believe, but Yaniv lied on his application. He says he recieved it only on June 1. The truth is he was served on May 10th.
Of course, you don’t have to take my word for it. See for yourself – he filed a response to it on MAY 19.
How did Yaniv respond to it 11 days before receiving it?
His May 19 application was to have this heard over the phone. Now he’ll have to attend in person. This is going to be fun.
I encourage everyone worried about Big Jess getting a service dog to contact every service dog group in BC. Here’s a couple links, but this list isn’t exhaustive.

I also recommend contacting animal shelters in the lower mainland area to warn them that Yaniv may be seeking to adopt a dog and train it as a service dog. It’s important that all steps are taken to ensure Yaniv cannot obtain a dog and if he does, report him at the first sign of animal endangerment.
It’s good to know that Jon is scared. He should be.
