Jessica Yaniv Simpson is in court again today for a hearing related to his assault charges. This hearing will likely be short, and I doubt Yaniv will personally appear. I believe it’s an arraignment hearing or appointment of a Crown prosecutor.

10:10 AM PST: Yaniv’s case is up. Jasmin Singh, Andrew Coulthard’s student at law, is representing. The Judge and Singh agree no Pre Trial Conference is needed. A trial is to be set – info to be provided to the judiciary case manager.
9:00 AM PST: Court is open. Yaniv’s file is expected to come up sometime after 9:30 AM PST.
