Just clearing up some things rather than separate posts that would only be a few lines long.
Comments. Since July, we have been trialling a new way of moderating comments that has allowed us to offer the option of editing existing comments as well as ways to remove the need for moderation on most comments. We are pleased to say that feedback on editing is positive, and this will now be a permanent feature on the site.
We are continuing to monitor the feedback from the automatic approval of comments option. It works well for most people, but there are four posters who, despite us saying it a hundred times, continue to repost when they do not see the comment appear right away. We receive the comment the moment you hit post, even if you can’t see it. All that is happening is the automated system is flagging it for a check. Posting again either on a copy and paste or another post right away (seconds) with a complaint only causes you to be marked as spam. Your comment will then not appear, nor will any others, until one of us clears it.
There will come a time shortly when we will not bother unblocking these accounts.
Article Frequency – We are all volunteers. Other than a few amazing people who help us, we pay Meow Mix’s costs out of our own pockets. We research and make sure our articles can be proven in court. We all have families and jobs. Some of us have very real disabilities. Some of us have family members who are fighting for life in hospital. The current site owner has just started stage 2 of CART therapy. A transplant process in all but name. Maybe, just maybe, give them a break. We did try to counter these issues by asking readers to give guest articles. Despite people saying yes, we have not received ONE article despite the vocal popularity of the idea.
Madvent – In honour of our dearly departed converted Jessica to Christianity, we are running our own Madvent alternative. Every day a short post, a memory, a video or picture and the off Jessica Yaniv-based Christmas Carol. It is a month-long day-long celebration of everything our spiritual goddess of femininity, Ms Jessica Yaniv Simpson, has achieved in life. Tell us in the comments what you want to see included!
I propose a repost of Ariana‘s masterful good-bye catfish letter as a crowning finish on Christmas Eve for that Madvent series.
That was one of my suggestions as well. It’s so glorious it needs another spot in the sun.

I apologize again for long winded stuff that goes for approval likely due to length. I’ll do my best to keep them shorter. I didn’t realize we could submit guest articles unsolicited. Oh, I likely read over that part. Look for some content from me in the New Year, (Trevor too may have thought you’d ask us, not speaking for him but he’s my mate and oft times mates think alike)

I’m not sure if it was the length Nan, it sounds more like they are referring to people posting over and over when it doesn’t show up. I would love to see an article from you and/or Trev! I just reached out to my friend, who’s a writer and trans, to ask if they want to write an article about how Yaniv has made them embarrassed to be trans. They have told me this many times, and they’re a good writer, so I’m hoping they will write something. 😊
Thank you for the vote of confidence. Maybe one day down the road if the Yaniv crime saga is brought to a halt Trevor and I would cooperate on a jointly submitted wrap up.
It is not length Nancy. When you hit post we receive the comment – Even if you can’t see it. When you then repost it or quickly write further posts complaining about it the system locks you out. You can be 100% sure that your comments are being received and made live.

One thing I like about comment editing is that it helps deal with butchered comments in a manner that easily suppresses drama in worse case scenarios.

Two videos I find funny – (a) losing his “clit” and not knowing where it’s run off to (b) sexy time – where he’s slapping himself furiously on a bed of crisps.
Also another day could have a reprint of one of Trevor best contributions where he talks about inviting the eunuch to Australia, putting his lopsided head in a vice to set it straight and so on. That was also a masterpiece. Trevor, did you keep a copy?
Omg I hope he kept a lot of them, he has SO many classics! I’ve been stanning Trevor’s comments for years now. I used to read MM (and the comments) in bed when I had a hard time sleeping and some of Trevs comments (especially from around mid 2021 if I remember correctly) were too funny for words. I would laugh so hard that my pillow would be wet from crying and I would have to get up to pee. Hes a lyrical genius. He should write rap songs. Lol. But I’m serious.
