After JY’s hilarious attempt to deny assaulting Keean Bexte and David Menzies of Rebel Media, Yaniv filed a counterclaim against them for $35,000.
JY’s poorly WRITTEN response INCLUDES several WORDS that alternate BETWEEN all caps and NO CAPS, and of course, that infamous chicken scratch on page 1. There are even typos, misspellings (i.e. “Menzzies” in bullet 29), and awful grammar throughout.
Also not surprising – Yaniv claims that Menzies use of Yanivs photos are violating copyright law, and that Yaniv is a victim of a hate crime.
