    • Meow Mix spoke with Surrey RCMP in late January – charges were filed by police and sent to Crown Prosecutor for approval.

    • JY suing Donald Smith for $30,000 for being a big meanie.
    • JY applied for – and received – a waiver of court fees.

    • Yaniv sued Simpson for $15,000 for misgendering, hate crimes, etc.

  • Private Prosecutions
    • Several – possibly as many as 14 – private prosecutions are scheduled to be heard May 25th in Surrey, BC. This may be postponed due to COVID.
    • There are 18 private prosecutions total.

  • Keean Bexte and David Menzies vs. Jonathan Yaniv aka Jessiva Yaniv
    • June 9, 2020 – Rebel’s lawyers respond, deny every line in Yaniv’s claim.
    • Mar 16 – JY amends response and adds a $35,000 counterclaim against Bexte/Menzies for damages.
    • Mar 9, 2020 – JY replies to their claim denying all accusations.

    • February 10, 2020 – Scheduled appearance – Yaniv appeared secretly several hours ahead of scheduled time. Yaniv has obtained a lawyer.

  • Amy Hamm vs. Jessica Yaniv – Defamation
    • Mar 17 – Hamm’s lawyer responds to counterclaim – denies all of Yaniv’s claim, calls it vexatious.
    • Mar 9 – JY replied with a long story about how Hamm sexually assaulted JY and had no business at the courthouse. JY denies all wrongdoing.
    • Announced January 17, 2020.
    • Lawsuit against Yaniv for defamation.
    • Demand letter sent January 22, 2020 to Yaniv demanding formal apology and retraction of Yaniv’s false claims.

    • January 23, 2017 – JY requests injunction against Barron from using a VPN or spoofing software, issue arrest warrant for violations of court order, no contact, costs, and police enforcement. Case is dismissed.
    • January 3, 2017 – Barron response – denied all threats, no criminal history, no drugs. Calls Yaniv a liar.
    • December 19, 2016 – JY sues demanding Barron be charged criminally and transfer cases to VLC.
    • December 15, 2016 – JY obtains order “Mr. Andrew John Barron is also prohibited to comment about Jonathan Yaniv or JY Knows It Business Consulting both offline and via electronic means. Claims Barron has a weapon and his family is in danger. Yaniv cites twitter usernames as threats. Demands injunction against Barron to prevent evidence tampering, issue arrest warrant for Barron, no contact order against entire Barron family, prevent Barron from deleting his Facebook page.
