Well, Jessica Serenity Simpson aka Jonathan Yaniv aka Fat Jon aka WaxMyBalls – has filed we don’t even know how many HRT Claims over the weekend. MM had mental breakdown in overtime this weekend, trying to keep up and every time we thought, okay let’s write it up, Fat Jon filed another claim. If the international folks, like this writer, are trying to understand what the BC HRT is – has been a learning curve. It is not a court, it is a Tribunal. Apparently HRT is backed up with endless, endless claims, that can take years before they are heard – if the claims are even accepted to proceed.
The process is the punishment. As of March 25th, 2026 he is still filing more claims in the HRT.
HRT FILING SPREE MENTAL BREAKDOWN
The big ripple this weekend was when Billboard Chris posted that he had a claim filed against him by Fat Jon for calling Fat Jon a man. We suspect the recent $750,000 that was fined against a school board member has Fat Jon excited. Reality is, that was a work place, not someone posting opinions on the World Wide Web.
Billboard Chris and WaxMyBalls go way back. Chris Elston was successful in having Fat Jon charged in 2020 with uttering threats – and Fat Jon served probation for the video evidence was clear.
March 19th, 2026 4:59 PM PST Billboard Chris posts about Fat Jon‘s BC HRT Claim. As the weekend went on, so did the claims. Billboard Chris is now at 8 total as of this post.

At the same time, Marc Emery – who was previously hassled in the BC CRT and Fat Jon’s case was tossed on lack of evidence, found himself on the receiving end of some BC HRT claims as well.
March 19th, 2026 2:55PM PST – Marc Emery gets an email about Fat Jon‘s BC HRT Claim. As the weekend went on, so did the claims. Marc Emery is now at 4 total 6 total.

All of this started a week earlier – it seems on Sunday March 15th, 2026
When Fat Jon had Dominos and Pizza Hut show up at the exact same time to the front door of the Métis woman. Then she received 2 emails that she had been subscribed to the Canadian Liberal Party, when she was previously vocal as a Conservative.
We can confirm that other Victims of Yaniv were also signed up to the same list.
There are reports that Fat Jon had a job working for the Liberal Party of Canada and had access to their supporters information including names, addresses, emails and phone numbers.
The next morning, March 16, the Métis woman received 2 text messages from a phone number that we verified is Fat Jon’s. She immediately reported the text as SPAM and blocked the phone number. 2 emails with 2 CRT claims were sent to the Métis woman.
Then Tuesday March 19, the Métis woman received a FaceTime request from Fat Jon – using email. Later that evening copies of the 2 CRT files were found soaking wet on their front door step.
Métis woman provided the information to MM of these events, but asked us to hold off reporting on it until she was able to deal with it after vacation. It is Spring Break from school and Métis woman is a single mother to a minor.
Fat Jon hates being ignored.
March 19th, 2026 starting at 1:25 PM PST for the Métis woman, she began receiving 3 HRT claims filed by Fat Jon. From the file numbers, it appears she was the first claim of the day.
Métis woman has provided copies of all the claims to MM. We can verify they are real and ridiculous. However, they would allow Métis woman to challenge Fat Jon‘s Indigenous claim.

MeowMix wonder if these HRT claims will even be accepted by the BC HRT. These are merely his manic filings, and as of this posting these claims have not been accepted as valid by the HRT. MM will keep you posted.
