It seems so last century to blast Breaking News Breaking News, but there is no other way to describe this. The spurious publication ban that Jonny Yaniv had put in place to conceal his criminal harassment of Donald Francis Smith over the past year was just lifted. What we already know reads like a preliminary script for Fatal Attraction, and it is now blatantly obvious that the criminal known as Jessica Yaniv Simpson is a danger to Donald Smith and everyone else. The lies and threats are breathtaking & all documented for future court action.
There is so much to report – 35 affidavits filed by Yaniv, the creation of over two dozen social media socks to impersonate and harass Smith online, the physical stalking of Smith’s supporters, over 100 calls trying to locate Smith’s place of employment to get him fired, the constant harassment of Smith’s probation officer(s), the creation of situations to lure Smith into potential probation breeches, the online harassment of Smith’s supporters, and more.
The court has already stated that Yaniv has misrepresented the situation and misled the court (we call it lying) in his affidavits. His lies have involved the courts and enforcement agencies in 3 provinces – BC, Alberta & Ontario. It is so egregious that the Government of Canada’s Attorney General has become involved.
We have put together a team to review and analyze the documents. As soon as we get through them, we will publish them. Given the extent of the documents, we want to ensure we are not publishing things other innocent people have been named in. We want to thank everyone who has contacted us and offered resources. This is the biggest outlay we have ever had on this site, but it is so worth it.
In the meantime – Yaniv is well and truly fucked. When will the Pigloo go on the market?

Jessica Yaniv Simpson failed to attend the hearing at 9 a.m. this morning and instead actively sought businesses to victimise and scam! Remember, the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE was there. He can’t deny knowing about the hearings because he has been responding to the court. Surely, the courts will not allow this disrespect to go unpunished.
