In 2025 Jonathan Jessica Simpson Yaniv decided to use the Intimate Images department of the BC Civil Rights Tribunal to sue X Corp and multiple other individuals and corporations – over an AI generated image of a fat hairy man where shorts but no shirt, and holding a hot dog, simply because his face was imposed over it. Yaniv is claiming it is intimate because it exposes the “breasts” on the man. All the cases are being challenged in the actual BC Courts & under review.
