In November 2024 Jonathan Jessica Simpson Yaniv stopped paying his mortgage. In 2025, the mortgage company began Foreclosure proceedings. The situation escalated in 2026 when the condo was not sold and the debt not paid. The mortgage company will proceed to force a sale under Foreclosure law in BC Canada.
